excelente video pero tengo una duda compañero con que plano de trabajo se hace el diseño para que la maquina realice los movimiento , o en que parte del código hay que editar y jacer la compensación de la herramienta . cuando el dobles del alambre
You enter the radius and then you enter the length of the radius feed. I can't remember exactly how it was, but it was something like this: Example: you want a 2 inch radius, full circle 360º. You enter a command on each line such as feed, bend, cut, etc. For a radius bend, you enter R or RADIUS and a second line would ask you to enter either the degrees you want. Line 1 - RADIUS; 2 inch (you enter 2 for inches of the radius) Line 2 - R-Bend - 360 degrees (you enter 360 for degress) Feed: 6.28 inches
@@hariharanramamurthy9946 The CNC program does all of the calculating for you. When you want to bend left, you enter: 90º (for example). When you want to bend right, you enter: 180º (or it's the other way around)
@@hariharanramamurthy9946 I made a machine which had to cut 9 ga and 6 ga wire. I can't quite remember the formula but you had to know the following: 1) Material diameter 2) Material density You had to take those and the formula was something like multiplying the dia and the density, squaring it, and then multiplying by Pi or something. For carbon steel wire it was 0.283 density and the diameter was 0.148 inch When you get the right formula we found we needed something like 7,800 lbs of force to cut 9 gage carbon steel wire Now you need to figure what parts you'll need to achieve that. You can use hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric cylinders (actuators). Hydraulic is by far the most pressure/force. I remember we used a 1 inch hydraulic cylinder and we could cut 9 ga carbon steel wire easily. But when we wanted to use pneumatic using an air compressor, we had to use a much bigger cylinder (something like a 6 inch diameter) but that would have taken a lot of air. So we used mechanical advantage and we ended up using a 3 inch air cylinder with a 7 or 8 inch lever. To cut wire you need to use very hard steel like S2 and it needs to be hardened steel. I remember the formula had Pi in it, some of it was squared, etc. You also need to know how much force the cylinders can produce. I wish I remember where I put the formula. If you want to get the formula, give a cylinder distributor or manufacturer a call and they'll have someone who can give you the formula. The best way to make wire machines is to buy the parts already engineered and made. Feeders can be either roller driven or mechanical. Servo motors and stepper motors are also used in machinery, servo motors being the far stronger of the two. So for the motor you use to bend the wire, you want to use a servo. You can use stepper for feeding but for cutting you use a servo motor or a mechanical part. You can buy off the shelf parts like cutters, feeders, etc. Are you trying to make a machine? If so, I can give you the names of companies who make those parts. I have CNC wire benders - one of which we bought from a manufacturer and another we had made for us. But then we started to make something called a ladder reinforcement wire welder. It was a spot welder we got that we had to make into a fully automated machine-which was NOT easy. Working with wire can be very tricky.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. كيف يتم تحويل برنامج mach3 الى برنامج ثنى الحديد....شكرا
please say how did you program incremental bending(i mean how to bend to desired radius) ,i could not find online
You enter the radius and then you enter the length of the radius feed. I can't remember exactly how it was, but it was something like this:
Example: you want a 2 inch radius, full circle 360º. You enter a command on each line such as feed, bend, cut, etc. For a radius bend, you enter R or RADIUS and a second line would ask you to enter either the degrees you want.
Line 1 - RADIUS; 2 inch (you enter 2 for inches of the radius)
Line 2 - R-Bend - 360 degrees (you enter 360 for degress)
Feed: 6.28 inches
How did you calculate force required to cut it
@@ericweiler6571 and how are you performing up down motion in bending left or right
