15hr Motorcycle Ride: NY to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania [EastCoastBiker]

- Checking out the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania: East Cost Biker along with friends Ron and John are taking a ride to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania in Wellsboro, PA. This massive location with epic views is nestled in Tioga County and sits on 160,000 acres in the Tioga State Forest. We will ride PA Route 6 west to PA-660 west. A beautiful popular motorcycle scenic roadway that will show case High Elevations, Mountain views, along with vast open farmland. This road will also take us through numerous small country towns. A quick stop at Paulie's Hot Dogs in Pawley, PA is a must when traveling this roadway. On our return ride home we rode PA- Route 15 north that becomes NY I-99 to NY I-86. This highway was a hidden gem with beautiful views and high elevations. Total of 562 miles.

Been there many times from Western Pa. Ya need to stop at the Wellsboro Diner across from the Grand Canyon sign you saw when you came into Wellsboro. Cool old style diner. Great video. Ride safe.
Yes- I've eaten at that diner on previous rides

Ran into the same issue with Google Maps in that area a few weeks ago. Never knew what "fresh oil and chips" were....now I know. Google had me turning down roads that they hadn't even been down. Gravel and steep crowns in the roads aren't fun. Great video!

I am just now getting into the game. Looking at a 2010 Electra Glide Ultra Limited and I live in Jersey so this is right up my alley.
I weigh about 280. What seat would you suggest?

The Electra Glide is a nice comfortable riding bike. As for the seat you can test them out at the Harley Dealer. Try as many as you can. Get something that has good surface area coverage and is comfortable. I would recommend the backrest. I have air shocks on my bike. It's a a nice addition and handles well
