I looove packing cubes! But I am a bit of a weight fetishist on these kind of hikes, so I don't bring them to the alps. But everywhere else, they are the best to save nerves and time. 😊
Hey, Just discovered your channel last week while doing research on the channels that had Switzerland episodes. Love your videos and you energy. Thanks for some of the tips (camera clip. Why didn’t I think of it? 😅) and more. I’ll pass on the refuges because I’m extra sensitive smell wise and won’t handle it. Yikes 😬 question please: what camera/tripod gear do you use? My sony a7iii and 24-105 is way to heavy. Need to downside weight wise. I often end up filming with the gopro but of course the footage quality is not superb. How many batteries? With the sony, 2 batteries are enough (in warm weather). Thanks 😊 if you plan another trip to Switzerland, let’s collaborate and discover new gems :) 👍 I’m a Swiss filmmaker and just started my YT. Hey Lamia, we used the Sony a7sIII with 16-34 f4. Yes, the camera gears are heavy but worth it in the end. haha We were using Sirui Traveller 5c, it is about 1 kg. Thanks, yes, we will let you know next time we are in Switzerland
@@LetsMeetAbroad Hey, thanks for the info! Yeah the asiii is def a great cam (worth it) but cam + lens = heavy esp with 6 drone batteries lol and the dji air 2s. Solo is quite the load esp when hiking! Guess I need to work out more lol Would be awesome to link up! Take good care.
