Many sunny kudos for your commitment and discipline in getting there. Just like all major achievements, not many know what it takes to "make it" as they don't have reference unless they've tried it. I'm not sure I'd be able to finish this run as I'd get lost daydreaming looking at all that magic along the trail. Thanks for sharing. Do you have a training course of any type? The more I see your vids, the more I consider wanting to run.
I just did the cascade du dard today - rly good trail with not much time to complete! Only walked it but want to get into running! Geneva is amazing too for city life but v expensive.
Isn't it gorgeous, Hamish?! I love it there. I'm glad you went and shared. Walking, crawling, or running it's all beautiful. Keep in touch when you get into running and keep sharing the stories!
Hey Andrew! The first one that I passed going up the trail with the flags was La Fre Mi. The one with the epic view that I was eating and sipping beer was Les Vielles Luges. Both are on the Les Houches ski face and right on the trail to the summit. I highly recommend a stop for both of them. The meal at Les Vielles was amazing.

@@alexdtucker thank you, ah I haven’t explored that valley much, good views
@@andrewstorm8240 You could spend a lifetime exploring that valley and still not see it all.
