Thanks for the video. Hoping to do TMB next year. I never regret training well before a big trek. I always regret not training enough because that results in sore feet or knees. (If I'm not in good shape, I get fatigued at the end of a long day, and then have poor form, resulting in more strain on joints, and eventually knee or foot pain after multiple days of that.)
