Awesome video! I just slept in my Crosstrek near there a couple days ago. For me what worked to keep the condensation down was some in-channel window deflectors from amazon. They fit up into the window channels of the car so that you can leave the windows cracked without rain/snow getting in. It snowed overnight and nothing got in the car and they provided great ventilation. You can also pop them in/out of the window channels and they stay in place without using adhesive so they don't have to be permanent!
Love your channel a lot dude, I’ve been watching most of it this week when I have trouble sleeping and I find your editing/storytelling style and narration very soothing. It’s all over the place too! Transit, baseball, car camping, cooking.
Always have some ventilation. Hang a towel from your door frame over the window down about an inch. It'll stop or slow rain snow from blowing in and still offer ventilation.
Thank you! This one doesn't really feature the Bay Area (though the trip to Tahoe is a Bay Area ritual) so I wasn't sure you'd like it. Glad to hear you did!
Okay. So, first, I shared this with my mentor (whom I spoke with last video, who does car camping and who lives in Tahoe) but, as I tell Diane, you're nuts! Choo choo! Man, you drove right by our home on I-80. Next time you pass the 80/65 interchange look to the right and 👋 (Heading up the hill). At first, I was like, "no, you did NOT go up there this past weekend"!😂
Actually, you'd be right. This was the previous storm. I was planning to take a train up this weekend, but everything was canceled! I will absolutely give you a wave next time!
There’s a new lot just east of old town truckee. Drive straight through old town, can’t miss it. You’ll see the signs telling you where overnight parking is allowed. It’s just a Coleman propane tank for the stove.
7:12 The look that you gave was priceless when you basically asked us to figure out what that empty bottle would be used for. Now what exactly might that empty bottle be for?
Hiya Adam Love this video man. I find it very interesting and very cool . Thank you for sharing with us. Love the view of snowy mountains and small town . 🏔 I love trains 🚂🚃 I don't mind join you brother. We Need a bigger car. I just tinted my windows with limo film, so that I don’t bother to cover the windows with reflective pad
Even the front windows?
