I'm thinking it's that way in England because of the monarchy. Maybe? The queen is head of state. I'm just guessing that might be the reason. I don't understand why some people are bent on buying houses/land in cities. Do people realize that they can build their own cities anywhere? Anywhere you build can become a ciry. Please let him show the other/rental properties. I'm really excited to see those.

The beauty of a well designed Afrikan home is that we make use of the outdoor space to plant food, allow room for our children to play outside as well as space for our elders to sit and watch the kids play.
I love the tucked away kitchen! I don’t want my messy dishes on display and I can cook without the house knowing what I’m making and surprise them. Also it keeps the germs out!

The house is gorgeous and the plan is for family great. The only thing is the landscape that is shown from the beginning with the type of trees the pine and royal play. I don't know about them being so close to the house royal plam trunks grow as thick as the columns shown and very tall the pine tree grows wide and tall also. They are beautiful trees in there full growth so you may want to reconsider where you plant them.😍 May God continue to bless you and yours in all you do. 🇱🇷🌴🌲❤

This was well designed. Building up instead of out is smart. I LOVED that window in the house where they cam watch the kids without them knowing lol I enjoyed listening to him as well.
I'm loving the uniformity of the kitchen units/cupboards throughout the space being the same! I can't tell you how I've risked contracting epilepsy viewing properties in Ghana where the tiles are mish-mash all over the property and furniture is crowded and non-functional. What is the problem with using natural slate and plain white tiles for goodness sake? You can introduce additional interest with colourful pictures and strategically placed lighting as has been done here. He clearly knows his stuff because he has thought of everything and more to the point he has built UP utilising the space in a very creative way. You wouldn't believe this was 30 feet worth of land because he has made it look much bigger. I would buy this.
