They say super-anxiety & depression can manifest into hypochondriac (actually they don't say that). So how did you overcome your hypochondriac? What medicines did you take and for how long? Please share. Thanks
Thanks for commenting!! Ya know i’d have to say my most recent medication regimen of buspar/wellbutrin has definitely helped! I still fall into bad habits and right now i’m half concerned i have a hyper rare skin cancer 🤣but the paranoia it’s absolutely a lot less than it once was. Getting diagnostic tests (blood test and scans) DOES help shake me out of my irrational thinking for a time. i’ve been taking these medications for about 6 months now buspar 10mg/day wellbutrin xl 150/day. probably could stand to increase the buspar a bit. if you’re going through this or something similar, hope this helps. best of health to you!
@@robertmakesashow7089 thanks! Your experience is definitely helping many people including me. I started taking Buspar 5mg twice 1 week ago, it's a good med and helping a bit to keep anxiety down but I got weird side effect it's like urinary hesitation. Have you ever had that in starting phase of Buspar? I wonder it's weird to stand in bathroom for 5 minutes to pass urine in installments😅. My doc is saying it could be the medicine so he wants to put me on something else.
Hope those side effects went away and things are going well for you🙏✨ I actually do have weird urinary stuff but I actually had it before buspar. It's been a complete mystery but it's getting better.
Ya know, it kinda did! I still get a little paranoid but it’s far farrr better than it once was! i used to be an absolute mess thinking i had a laundry list of issues. Now i barely give it any thought. Honestly i thought i had a brain tumor because i had a hard time speaking and expressing myself…what it probably was, was the brain fog of the depression. Once i started taking the medication i felt my ability to think and my volubility return to me which was pretty exciting stuff. so ya, better.
When you are in nursing school you swear you have every thing you study. Except for maybe a baby for the guys.😂 Seriously. You convince yourself that you have it.
Oh gosh me too 😖🥺 it sucks the brain doesn’t shut off or stop worrying. The madness 🎩Thanks! 😊
the madness!!!…it never ends!😵💫🙃Thanks for commenting :))

Hi Robert..What do you think fixed your brain chemicals to not be hypochondriac anymore? Buspar?
Ya know, it kinda did! I still get a little paranoid but it’s far farrr better than it once was! i used to be an absolute mess thinking i had a laundry list of issues. Now i barely give it any thought. Honestly i thought i had a brain tumor because i had a hard time speaking and expressing myself…what it probably was, was the brain fog of the depression.
