Dear madam, I think you are find outed average drying rate ? Because we need to evaluate the each different interval drying rate to indentify the critical moisture content.
In case of MC1 weight of water lost in 10 minutes you said it W2-W1 so it will not 1.56 it will be W1-W2=(42.13-41.57)=0.56
