It's just so hard to imagine anyone would be into this. We're not old, it's objectively awful and humorless. Being a boomer would mean that you don't umderstand the younger generation. But I see right through this shit. And some of these people are older than me.

I say that, once it became impossible to react to ironic tik toks (due to music copyright), the trolls started to thin out and with them went a lot of the quality. It checks out, after all Tik tok was at it'ss best during the Hit or miss era, around the time everyone was uploading YT videos.

i was a partial nanny one summer for this girl, and all she did was film tiktoks. we went to grab some stuff at target, and she put her phone on the shelf to film a dance. one day i got curious, and looked up her account on my phone browser. saw one where the audio said something like, “hot brother check ! if you want me baby, then…” can’t remember the rest. i was fkn traumatized. i was dating a drug addict with ptsd and bipolar disorder at the time, which was a bubblegum paradise compared to that tiktok shit. to be fair, her half-brother OD-ed on like two valium in a panera parking lot, her other “hot brother check” older half-brother became a proud nazi, and her mom was constantly drunk when she was doing my hair. y’know, just typical Ohio stuff
