I'm so glad this man took the time and effort to do this in english. So many brilliant russian athletes have so much to teach but the language barrier stops them.
That WHAAAOOOP! cracks me up all the time lol, it's almost like he's mocking them but no that's just him trying to express it's too excessive. Just pure gold though his advices.
he is the freaking champion in the room , he can be confident speaking mandarin , even if no one understands it - confidence will be there ... He is after all - fluent in snatch :)
Watching his videos has helped me tremendously to improve my snatch technique and I am able to see the difference. Was able to snatch more confidently after following his guidelines, and without the bar falling in front or behind even a single time. Amazing coach, he is.

Getting trained by a name like Demitri Klokov...HUGE advantage. Any time any one gets that kind of high-level coaching. Makes all the difference. A champion vs a wannebe coach.
What's the reason behind only lifting with the strength needed for the weight and going slow? Whenever I watch Clarence lift he explodes in warm-ups and on his maxes.
I appreciate Dmitry trying his best to use English for these videos. Someone find a way to thank him!
easy. just say cyka blyat.
Yeah, Google 'cyka blyat' and say that to Dmitry, in person. Sweet-dreams.
Suck him off.
