With the rules in this tournament, if you go for a particular ball & pocket but miss, then the opponent can make you shoot again. Also the standard 10 ball rule whereby if you call a safe but make a ball, the opponent can make you shoot again.
What the Fuck is with the poor mic quality? It sounds like I’m listening to a 1940s radio show. Great match though. Well played earl the girl! And tony to!
Earl made many lucky shots he should have at least called Efren calls pockets if they are even close Earl is a great player one of the best to ever do it
So coolI remember in the early '80's a player hit Charlotte, NC.Players in Greensboro, a more active money scene, heard of this game in Pineville, NCEARL IS 52 YEARS OLD.Earl Strickland he is the legend , look at : 1:49:00 ,it really shows a very large experience in mastering the situation Earl .
HEY at 135.35 in this match when earl goes 3 rails which was phenominal speedwise considering his earlier struggles with one rail and speed ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, was that 3 off the 5 in the side doable and just drifting forward or was that to simple for earls mind
Hariadi Soedarmadji "Earl Strickland he is the legend " I agree - with Willie Mosconi and Efren he's one of the giants of the game. He's well past his best here though and that he can still compete at the highest level is a credit to his experience and skill. Poker and Pool are among the few endeavors that men (and women) can compete adequately at in their 50's.
Tony has the worst form I've ever seen....seems unsure on every shot.....I love watching Earl....fluid and without a doubt on every shot......he is a rhythm player....when he has to wait on someone while he's in dead stroke for his next shot...it will throw him off.
Earl is the best of all time.

Just looks like a game you would have in a bar on a night out ,no ref looks pretty amateurish.
Earl is a great player but he is always whining about something especially if he misses but that's Earl.
+Leslie Crawford He is a perfectionist that's what they do ........They expect a lot of them selves and others .
Wow that shot by Robles was sick. If he just hit softer does it drop? Great match
28:39 Really Earl?!
Amazing match. Both deserved to win

how come at around 37 minutes in did Earl miss the 2 and get safe, but shoot again?? seems huh?
why was the 10 ball spotted on the wrong end of the table? 29:35
it wasn't
@1:39:01 is Earl wearing ankle weights?
53:41 Tony train
Can anyone explain the rules to me? Tony plays a safety and Earl can give it back to him?
That's what you call a push shot. Look it up!
Wow
Earl is such a whiner and uses it unfairly to disrupt matches.
Referring to the cue ball as "the rock" is corny considering there are 10 other 'rocks".
It works for Alcatraz even though there are a billion other rocks on the planet LOL
A lot of times people call it the cue. The cue is what you strike the cue ball with.
I love to see Stricklin lose and pitch his little tantrums !!!
Yes, but at the same time it can be hard to watch. Lose the pansy ass attitude Earl...
👍
U can’t impress Gail, shes seen all the big ones
So so close for Robles off that last safety
Robles' strange stroke..
what's wrong with his stroke? he has a short torso, or maybe its short arms
Wth is that constant pounding???
OMG just get a magic rack.. Everyone seems to be having issues with the rack..
Did you shit your pants at 5:58 Stricklin?
WHY YOU DO THAT EARL????????
Bigmouth

This match is unwatchable 2 Pros playing like amateurs on an APA night can't do it
Get Robb Saez off there!! He's a terrible pool player.
I've known Robb 30 years and he's a great pool player and as good a person.Maybe you want to play him?get lost!lmao
Robb saez is a very respectful and good pool player.
Tony can’t play
this announcer talks too much and says nothing
