Hi I’m from Mexico Does a factory reset solves any Wifi connection issue? My Roam is not working properly with Google Assistant, it sometimes says that there was an error when I ask something and I can’t even play some news media when I say the voice command or whith routines, so frustrating. If somebody has a solution, I’ll be happy to hear it. Kind regards
@@HowToPM My Wifi signal is pretty good, my iPhone 11 and my iPad Pro receibe a good connection. My Roam maybe has the Wifi board broken, there is a firmware issue or the sistem is not set up correctly. Some help please
It might be a wi-fi interference. Sonos roam can not be connected to sonos arc. I mean they can play the same thing but the roam will not get it's stream from the Arc.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SONOS PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. My Roam just failed after a year and two months; conveniently after the warranty period ended. NO change from last working mid-week, sat in kitchen on charger whole time. Now nothing. Sonos’s answer: 30% coupon AFTER mailing the unit back. Absolutely pathetic.
I agree with you that is a terrible offer after a very short period of time. But I only saw 2 deffective Sonos device in 8 years of installing them. I think the ration of failling device is very very low. You had terrible bad luck.
Thanks, a shame that sonos quality is becoming very poorly. A lot network issues and poor sound quality in low level volume. Don’t get me wrong. Sonos user since the beginning!
I totally understand. That roam is by far their worst product. They still have amazing devices. But the removal of Sonos Net is a huge lost for all their new speaker. Yes it's less stable than it was.

Are you using an official Sonos charger
When I switch on my Sonos Roam, the solid blue LED will appear but it wont pair up with my iPhone. Plwase help!!

You can add Alexa from the gear menu.

Hum. You might give it a try but it's probably more about your wi-fi environement.

my sonos roam pauses briefly while playing, I have it connected to my Sonos aRc

My light is a solid white light and it will not power off. It will not do anything. So freaking upsetting!!!!

The device is temperamental garbage but sounds great. I own lots of songs and this little speaker is shit😊
