This 48K original 1978 Chevy Corvette Pace Car is in excellent original condition throughout. Its very solid and still supports most of its original paint in my opinion. It has a great shine with its two tone black and silver paint laid out nicely across a very straight body. Its original stickers for the side were given to the original owner but he chose to never put them on the car. The grey leather with cloth inserts is a rare option and really looks nice in this car. It comes equipped with its 350 4bb V8 engine and is backed up by its automatic transmission. It comes heavily optioned with power steering, power disc brakes, tilt wheel, cruise control, Ice Cold AC, mirrored T tops, RWL tires, rally wheels, power windows, tachometer, and power locks. this Black Beauty is in remarkable condition! If you are looking for an exceptionally clean Classic with Cold AC for under $25k this may be the one for you!

@@Clearanceman2 This is the L48. it has a little less HP than the L82. I had a brand new 78 and 79 Corvette and the 79 had about 220 HP. Both were L82 cars.
I have the same car with 2800 mi. SNEW. Would be interested in selling it for the right price. I bought it two years ago with 1500 miles. has the AM FM CB.

So what did the previous owner do with the Indy 500 stickers? Some folks would rather have them on if it's going to be a show car collector edition 😏

You sure are right about that, this is my favorite body style out of all of the Corvette's 😉 I was just wondering what they did with the stickers if they didn't put them on the car, do they come with the car if you buy it or did they do away with them all together?

This is an L-48 with the lame 185 hp engine. The L-82 was 220 hp..
Back from a time when men were men and sheep were scared. And the women walked bow legged.
Looks cool but chevy really nerfed the corvette in the late 70's and early 80's. I wouldn't want to spend $24,000 on a 220hp car with a 350ci engine. That was just a crime.
Thats the L48, so 185 hp car,.
