Awesome stuff, I decked my cylinder and increased compression then ran VP c12 race gas haha bike was insane. Burned the clutch out of it so I wrapped the pads in hockey tape ran it until it heated up then took the hockey tape off the pads and boooom she was hookin up like crazy 🤣 can’t wait to rip my next custom build
I wanna see you mod some 17" street bike wheels so you can take advantage of some radial traction tires and really get to use some of the performance you've been making! Very cool engine mods soon you'll be moding 800 twin sled motors and not looking back as you surpass 200+ hp very cool indeed!
👍I didn't notice much or any power increase with adding rse reed, window piston and boost port. But it did stop my carb from spitting out fuel. Which was spitting it out pretty bad. So now, better mpgs & my frame isn't covered in gas/oil....I'd rather go piston port for a daily driver. But it was spitting too much gas out.
Awesome video, damn clean boost port. Coming from vintage mopeds I can say adding reeds usually requires an upjet, even if nothing else changes. That thing will absolutely sing if you give it more fuel up top. That said, you may notice it's hard to make a Dellorto SHA happy across the whole rev range. A larger, multi-circuit carb like a Dellorto PHBG 19 would really wake this thing up and make sure you were getting the right amount of fuel at all throttle positions. Buy the least crusty $300 Puch you can find and make it do 35mph in an afternoon. Once you kit them out, ~8hp on a 90lb bike with real tires that you can lean is an absolute riot
how much does your makeshift fairings affect engine temperature? Im thinking about making fairings for mine with a 3d printer and having a scoop to the engine so I can increase aero and cooling capabilities.

These little motors are fun I wanna get back into it someday

Yeah I g2 I found to have a more noticeable power difference
Great Video... How did you get the Caliper Millimeter measurements to convert to Degrees without a degree wheel...??
