Ingredients:
400g All Purpose Flour
30g Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
7g Instant Yeast
1 Egg Whites (from egg that weighs 58-60g with shell)
240g Milk
30g Unsalted Butter

I made it twice this week, it turn out very good. I gave some to friends, they loves the garlic bread and asked me for the recipe. I forwarding to them.usually I'm not bread person but I like to eat it right when still warm.

My family just had these rolls...they were disappointed that I made only half of recipe...everybody loved it so much...thank you for best recipe..rolls were quite soft and delicious...only change I made is add pinch of bread improver and made 8 balls of 47grams each
