This was really fun! I wish I'd had your workouts back when I was pregnant. I did work out throughout all 4 pregnancies. Highly recommended! But I wish I'd had yours.

I used some other workouts too but they do so many and then they just stop or they only come out like every 3 to 4 months with new stuff. You're always coming out with new stuff and absolutely love that. I also love that your energy is just so encouraging and infectious. It always seems genuine and not put on. It makes all the difference I absolutely love your workouts
