What a great channel! Kevin and his God given talents is running an amazing operation at Kingdom Metal Works. Kevin and his knowledge and many years of experience to the trade of metal shaping and fabrication is so impressive... I really like watching the channel and training classes.
hey, hello Kevin, thanks for all the videos. as was already asked in the comments, what planishing hammer do you have?( i don't remember it being there when i visited.) also, do you use 2, dead flat dies to planish the weld? thanks and hope all's well.
Hi Eddie, yes, the planishing hammer was there, it's a frame that holds different size pneumatic rivet guns. I have a full set of Hoosier Profile lower dies ranging from radius 1 to radius 36. I used a number 12 radius lower die to planish out the weld, which is not a dead flat die. I could have used a 24 radius die to keep the panel a lot flatter. The upper die is dead flat. All is well here...hope all is well with you!
@@KingdomMetalWorks hey , good to hear from you Kevin, all good here thanks. and thanks for the info. going to apply your procedures on my current project. should be fun cheers.

Good info but you should try a remote mic. You're hard to hear clearly because of the reverb.
You are correct, I really should invest in a good mic! Sorry about the audio in this video.
Couldn't hear the commentary
I really need to work on that...thanks for your input.
How about some better close ups?
Hello David, I will do that in the future, thank you for the suggestion.
@KingdomMetalWorks love your videos and it's so interesting to watch how he works metal. I set and watch it for hours. Thank you
