I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. I LOVE IT. They really did a great job making it feel like a Mercedes Product in terms of fit and finish. In doing so they've built a Cadillac with probably the best build quality and feature set since the Cadillac STS. The ride is super smooth. The ride is super quiet. The acceleration with 500HP is very quick. It accelerates like a V8 and handles with a weighty steering feel. The only problem is your location and accessibility to the EVgo chargers. Giving me 2 years of free charging isn't that great if you don't live near a charger. When I took delivery of the car, I had to drive 10 miles to my nearest EVgo. Now a new charger opened and I drive just 4 miles. I got a few discounts on my Lyriq and leased it.
I really liked the LYRIQ to, as you've seen in the video and we also don't have the problem with the chargers where we are from in germany, there are a lot of them!
The one thing missing is an option for rear monitors. They could also offer rear heated, ventilated and massage seats just like the front. That would be a game changer.
I’ve noticed that it depends on the music you are listening to. The AKG subs have a more deep presence, depending on the music. For Some songs, it might sound a little weak. For me it sounds good. Note: I’ve noticed, to really hear the subs you have to crank up the volume.
New here and I'm kinda torn. Normally I prefer subtitles when the native language isn't English, though I can see why they went with a voice over, though it's distracting to hear a voice that isn't that of the person 'speaking' and the movement of their mouths don't quite sync.
Yes, the AI is not perfect right now, but it would be a lot more effort to shoot the videos in german and in english right. The AI will also get better over time and maybe we record some videos in english in the future!
@@Robin_EV I think you're misunderstanding somewhat. I don't care if your videos are in German. In fact, I think it would be better if they were in your native language, just include subtitles in English.. That would not only be cheaper and more efficient but it would feel more honest.
@@Robin_EVThe review was good, I understand what this guy means, it could be a little annoying when watching a dubbed video. Overall it was a good and understandable review. Remember, you cannot make everyone happy.

We just bought a luxury 2 celestial with sky gray and it’s an amazing car.

800 volt charge would be nice.
The AKG is probably the worst part of the interior. It lacks BASS. This car needs a 10" subwoofer.

I liked the punch of the bass but everybody has different sound tastes.

It's the second fully electric cadillac, but I get it. Intro was fire though.
Thanks 🙏
