Lorcana’s IRL events have been selling out, the amount of product being purchased and interest in it has been great, singles prices have been solid for both collectibility and meta.
I’d say Lorcana has heen a huge success so far.

I absolutely love this game! Been playing games since ‘94 MTG and no other game has as many couples and families playing and to me that’s a huge plus. I’m at the point of having to buy 12-16 copies of staples so we can all play any deck at any time 😂 Hope it stands the test of time!
Hahaha some of these play sets are hard to get your hands on no doubt!
One of my lgs had ursula's return at 120 on launch. 20 dollars cheaper than any other lgs near me. They have won me over and I will get the next set from them exclusively.
That is an awesome price point for release, good on them, love to hear it.
There's no need to pay to be on the Toronto waitlist. If youre lucky enough to be taken off waitlist, you'll have 24 hours to purchase your ticket
Agreed I thought that was really weird, I think it has something do with scalping, but I’m not sure the ins and outs.
I think lorcana has been a success so far as well too. I also agree location and items/songs shouldn't be enchanteds. The only other potential change I would make is to have cases and booster boxes start cheaper than they are. LGS around me are always selling for 130+ and sucks when prices fall to 110ish after a month or so.
I agree - the trade off is a lot of the cards sell at a premium immediately after release, but it’s probably best to wait a month or two after release if possible to open packs for maximum value.
@@CardboardKingdom Definitely! As a more casual player who would probably be categorized as more of a collector, it makes more sense now to just wait a couple weeks when the prices per box/case come down
I don't mind songs, really. They're just as iconic as the characters. Well, some of them. I pulled a Bruno and I want to get one of those extended art plaques and add a soundcloud link to it. But items and locations are a real let down.
Thoughts on grading? I'm guessing it's best to keep them raw - as they can be played in decks?
That’s all personal preference Rod! I personally love having a binder of all of my enchanted, but do grade to sell most of the time.
What would you rate Lorcana thur far? I personally would give them an 8/10.

Has Tournament center GG been used for all presales for challenge events?
I think there are a few different sites depending on the challenge event!

@@shoot_again2753 Keep your eyes on Eventbrite, I expect tickets to be on sale in a month or so. When I hear about it I will mention it in a video!
