Hi I bought one of these 2 weeks ago, and it’s perfect in the car, the only problem i have is I haven’t been able to connect up my jvc steering wheel remote control, the unit is steering wheel ready just wanted to know where to connect the wire from the jvc unit to, the unit comes with a 3wire jack input which has swg, sw1 and sw2, so just want to know where to connect the single wire from the unit to? Advice!

Do you have any demonstration videos of the app functionality of the new head-unit? For example, can you download apps from the Google Play store? Does it come with a navigation app included, or does it just mirror the OEM version? If it comes with it's own version, can you update maps easily?
Depending on the new head unit you chose to install this can vary greatly. If you are looking for a headunit where downloading apps from the Google Play Store is available, look into purchasing headunit with the Android UI. If you are looking for one with a native navigation you may look into the other headunits such as the ones from Alpine, Pioneer, Sony, etc. If you are looking for a phone mirroring function, please make sure that is including in the radio. The video you see on the factory screen is working as a monitor that displays whatever video you send to it via one yellow RCA cable.

We have not tested Idatalink Maestro SW but confirmed to work with PAC and Axxess SW. Both Kenwood eXcelon DDX9902S and Pioneer AVH-4100NEX are compatible.
Do I need this Axxess® - Turn-On Interface or will the the kit turn on the amp and maintain the factory options, so I guess my question is will I loose any factory functionality with this kit and if so what?
All factory controls will be retained except for factory bluetooth. The steering wheel controls can be retained using another steering wheel control adapter by Axxess or PAC.

In my 07 is250 there is an issue with no sound. If the speakers work this would allow the aftermarket radio to control the audio correct?
This kit is to replace the factory radio to an aftermarket double din system. Any preexisting issues will not be fixed by installing this

Out kit will take in RCA inputs, and recommend using an aftermarket radio with RCA video out as well.

Nothing different. You can follow the same steps as a stock vehicle

Which steering wheel control model for either is for the Lexus, or is it the universal that will work?
For the Axxis and PAC, they are both universal. In the instructions it will detail which wires to use for Lexus vehicles.
