    For testing: Small knives cut some vegetables and some small carving tasks, large blade split some sticks, create a divet for a fire board, crack some walnuts, cut some natural fiber rope. Thanks for the video

    Joe really hit a home run with the design of the puukkos. I would love to see how they handle camp tasks like food prep, fire making, and whittling. I think traditionally they were what we now call edc knives for the Finnish people, and I'm pretty confident they will hold up well for those type of tasks. Thanks for showing us these awesome tools!

    The Mondo is like a machete (which is my favorite thing), and I would consider it a tool for every task. So I'd love to see it be that, crafting an item or tool from scratch, using the Mondo to harvest the wood, do craft chopping, and for finer carving.

  • @csh6220
    @csh6220 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    Joe said that the huge number of leather shoe mfg's in Central America is why they make such great knife sheath's. The people working there all know leather inside and out. A comparable American made sheath would cost double or more, and a sheath can make or break a knife. I would hate to pay $100 + for a knife and sheath, then turn around and have to buy another sheath. I have noticed Condor's pricing going up this year. Still a great value.

      Lol Their are indigenous cultures in Columbia and Brazil that use that style knife don’t be ignorant that just the one design comes from your little special place on the planet.
