Can you also manage the DVR-320S and rear camera via the Alpine - iLX-702E46 head unit? Every video I've seen shows how to access via smartphone or SDcard on the PC but I have yet to see how it integrates with the Alpine iLX-702***

How about an install of the DVR-C320R connected to an Alpine head unit? I completely wasted a month of time and my money on a product that YOUR tech support and Crutchfield said would work flawlessly with my X409-WRA-JK. I even called and left YOU a message with no return phone call. Thanks Alpine!

Hi Sam, unfortunately there was a mistake on Crutchfield's product page that stated it would work with the X409 systems. This has since been resolved. The DVR-C320R can still be used as a universal dash camera system without needing to connect to a specific head unit.

Does it just record constantly? How is it powered? Do I take it off and charge it then put it back in the car? Is there an interior camera that’s available just in case the car is stolen?

What is the difference between C310S and C310R models?

Hello! I just installed a DRV-C320S dash cam and with continuous recording only 2 files can be seen overwriting it constantly. Only the folders are visible on the SD card and only a few hundred MB of space is occupied, yet only 4-500Mb of the card's 32GB capacity can be used. After formatting the card you can see all 32Gb but as we put it back in the camera again only 4-500Mb is available. What needs to be set so, that you can see previously recorded material in either the app or the PC viewer? There is nothing in the description to suggest this. Thanks!
