Want to start using your dermaroller but the thought of rolling needles in your face might have you scared or confused. Then this is the video you need to watch as there is so much misinformation out there on dermarolling. The dermaroller we used is the 0.5mm Image A.D.S Dermaroller which can be gotten below. So if you are a beginner to dermarolling then be sure to watch until the end.

Hi, im 33 years old and male, i have roling acne scars on my face the cheeks and im using 0,50mm dermaroll with serum. Im using it once a week and its 4th week and the results arent there yet, maybe its to fast to see resultes. Im rolling 5 times up, down ets. I use serum.
Is it to much once a week to dermaroll for acne scars or should i do once every other week ?
And is it not enough if i roll 5 times or should i roll 10 times ?

My set says you can’t reuse the roller but than it’s supposed to be a reusable system. I’ve written the company asking for clarity. But I’ve read in general that at home system shouldn’t be used more than a few times? What’s your view?

So a good quality derma roller should last on average 8-10 uses. After that the treatment will become less effective and could lead to the skin been damaged as the needles will become blunt.

It is down to your personal preference. My preference is to roll with a serum. Apply to left cheek roll, apply to forehead, then roll etc. Then at the end I would apply a small bit more of the serum and apply my spf.

0.50 use one a week or twice a week.
0.75 use once every 3 week.
1.00 for deep wrinkles once a month.
If you use 1.50 I think it can damage your skin. You can search for more information how often to use Dermaroller.

Hi, can i use cosrx AHA,BHA toner while using dermaroller?
NO. AHA is glycolic acid and BHA is salicylic acid which you need to stop applying at least 3 days before and after using the derma roller. Right after using the derma roller, you should apply hyaluronic acid cream to hydrate your skin, it's important to do so. Hydrate your skin as much as much as possible with a hyaluronic acid cream. Then after the 3 days post using derma roller, you may add vitamin C serum which you should apply under the hyaluronic acid cream. Use the derma roller once a week if your skin is sensitive. If too sensitive, use it once every two weeks. But most importantly, don't neglect the moisturizing step.

No you cant. You can use those products 48 hours post treatment as they contain active ingredients.

If it is a 0.5mm dermaroller we would say no more than once a week.

If ur dermaroller is 0.5 mm or lower, you can use it just before, just after or wait 24 hours. If your dermaroller is 0.6 or more you have to wait 24 after
