    3 minutes in and I’m seeing so many wrong things that I need to address. Really shocked everyone in the comments is just blindly admiring every single word she puts out:
    1:10 No, steel needles are not the better option, even if it’s called “medical grade” which doesn’t mean anything really. Compared to titanium needles, the steel ones wear off considerably faster, leading to potentially damaging scarring of the scalp, especially when as long as 1.5mm. Your argument that “titanium is harder to get sharp” and to therefore always opt for steel is just nonsensical. But you’re right that having the individual needles instead of those plates is very important.
    2:30 No, you can’t “also use rubber alcohol”, you must! An at least 70% isopropyl solution for example. You wanna sanitize, not hand wash it. The hand soap does not nearly contain enough disinfectant because it is for the hands (and 70%+ would make them bone dry). So please only go for the actually disinfecting option.
    2:40 I’m sure you don’t have the needles face down scratching across a hard surface while deep cleaning it with that horseshoe brush ;)
    3:05 and onwards: please please do have your hair/scalp washed before rolling to avoid lasting irritation. No-brainer, really.
    4:31 at 1.5mm, opt for 7-10 days intervals. Your scalp will thank you for giving it enough time to heal. Remember you’re putting it under a lot of stress all of a sudden. The appropriate intervals according to needle length can be researched within 2 min.

    • @Mondballer_00
      @Mondballer_00 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Considering you can research all of this within 10-20 min (including parallel checks), you could’ve done way better with this video and I hope your viewers actually do their research before applying, let alone buying your products.
      Congrats on your hair progress, though!

    I have a question. When adding hair oil usually, it's advised you wash it off after 1-4 hours. In the video you advised, to shower with shampoo 3 days after dermarolling meaning, the hair oil will stay in your hair for around 3 days. Is this safe or should I wash my hair with water and then with shampoo 3 days after dermarolling?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's a great question! It's great that you are being mindful of the safety of using a 1.5mm dermaroller. Generally, it's best to wash off a hair oil after 1-4 hours so that it does not clog the pores of the scalp. However, if you are using a dermaroller every 3 days, then you can keep the oil in your hair for 3 days before washing it with shampoo. This is because using a dermaroller can help increase the absorption of nutrients from the hair oil.
      I've personally had a lot of success fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically with the help of a 1.5mm dermaroller and hair oils from www.thereisbia.com. In fact, science has actually shown that using a dermaroller does help stimulate hair growth. So, you can feel confident that you are doing the right thing for your hair by using a 1.5mm dermaroller and hair oils.
      I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

      Hi there!
      I'm so glad you're looking into dermarollers as a way to fight female hair loss naturally. I've been using a 1.5mm dermaroller for about a year now, and I've seen great results. The dermaroller itself should last you a long time, as long as you keep it clean and dry. Some people even say they can last up to 5 years or more.
      I recommend using natural remedies to fight female hair loss, such as our products at www.thereisbia.com. We have a range of natural, holistic products specifically designed to help with female hair loss. Our products are all made with natural ingredients and are backed by science.
      I hope this helps, and good luck on your hair loss journey!

    Hi there. Recent watcher of your videos. Following your advice, I plan to Derma roll once a week with a 1.5mm following a home made rosemary and clove water and black castor oil with massage immediately after. Would you suggest massages 3 times a week ? Also when should I wash my hair following the above routine? Thanks!

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'm so glad to hear that you're following my advice! I'm really passionate about helping women fight female hair loss naturally and holistically. I can definitely relate to your experience, as I have faced hair loss myself.
      I would suggest massaging your scalp 3 times a week - this is highly beneficial for promoting hair growth. Studies have found that scalp massage increases blood flow to the scalp, which in turn increases the amount of nutrients and oxygen that reach the hair follicles.
      When it comes to washing your hair, I would suggest washing it immediately after you apply the rosemary and clove water and black castor oil. This will help the products absorb into your scalp and provide the maximum benefit.
      I also highly recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller, which can help to stimulate hair growth by creating tiny channels in the scalp. This will allow the products to penetrate the scalp more deeply and be more effective.
      If you're looking for natural hair loss remedies, I highly recommend products from my website www.thereisbia.com. I have a range of natural products that are specifically designed to help combat female hair loss.
      I hope this helps and I wish you all the best in your hair loss

      Hi there! Thanks for your question. Yes, you can apply a hair mask to the derma roller. However, it is best to not leave any oils on the roller for more than 15 minutes or so. After that, you can wash it off with warm water and a mild soap, and then allow it to air dry. As for tips for best results, make sure to disinfect your derma roller between uses, and store it in a clean, dry place. I hope this helps!

      Thanks for your question! Applying oil to your hair is a great way to nourish and condition it. The best way to apply oil will depend on your hair type. Generally, it's best to apply oil to slightly damp hair. You can also apply a small amount to dry hair as a leave-in treatment. You can find more detailed instructions online or ask a professional stylist for advice. Hope this helps!

    You say to roll each section 10x in all directions (up, down, side to side and diagonally). Does this mean roll 10x up, 10x down, 10xside to side, 10x diagonally, for a total of 40x per section? Thanks. Off to purchase

      your 1.5mm dermaroller.
      That's exactly right! 10x in each direction for a total of 40x per section. I'm so glad you're investing in a dermaroller! Using one has been such an important part of my hair loss journey. I used to be so frustrated and embarrassed by my receding hairline, but with regular dermarolling, I've seen such an improvement. And I love that it's a natural, non-invasive way to improve hair health!
      I also recommend supporting your dermarolling routine with a scalp-friendly product like our Hair Growth Serum. It's an all-natural blend of essential oils and botanicals designed to nourish your scalp and promote hair growth. Plus, it smells amazing and it's totally safe to use.
      Best of luck on your hair loss journey!

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey there! 😊 Thanks for your question about Minoxidil side effects. While it works for some, it can cause irritation, dryness, or unwanted hair growth in other areas. Personally, I prefer to fight hair loss naturally and holistically. Science backs the benefits of ingredients like rosemary oil and microneedling for promoting hair growth. If you're looking for natural options, I recommend the Super Roots Hair Oil and a 1.5mm dermaroller from my brand, Bia. Feel free to ask more questions or check out my other videos for tips and tricks! 💖

      Hey there! 🌺 Absolutely, cleanliness can play a big role to achieve effective micro needling, so try to wash your hair on the same day before the process. It helps to remove any residue that could interfere. Don't forget to apply your fave Super Roots Hair Oil right after - the rosemary oil in it can do wonders for hair growth. 💕 And guess what, you can find it right at thereisbia.com/. Hey lovely 🌸, If you're experiencing bleeding after using the 1.5mm dermaroller, please stop using it and allow your scalp to heal. It's normal to experience a little redness but bleeding means you may be pressing too hard. When healed, I'd recommend using my super roots hair oil from BIA for nurturing your scalp. It has rosemary oil, which studies show can promote natural hair growth. Always remember, gentle and consistent care is key to our hair health journey! 💖

      Hey there! Yes, absolutely! Vitamin C is a great addition to any skincare routine, especially when it comes to hair loss. Studies have shown that vitamin C can help reduce hair loss and support hair growth. When used in conjunction with a 1.5mm dermaroller, it can help promote healthy hair growth even more. We highly recommend our Vitamin C serum here at www.thereisbia.com, as it contains natural ingredients like aloe vera, jojoba oil, and rosehip oil to help nourish and strengthen your hair. No, you don't want to bleed! Dermarollers are designed to be gentle and should not cause any excessive bleeding. I've personally been using dermarollers for years now to fight female hair loss naturally and holistically. It's been a great way to stimulate my scalp and increase hair growth. I definitely recommend using a 1.5 mm dermaroller as this is the size that has been scientifically proven to be the most effective for encouraging hair growth.

      Sorry if I'm wrong but as much as i know using dermaroller with some anti hair loss products (oils...) is more effective than using only dermaroller without anything. But don't forget that results can change depending on what cause the hair loss. İf its genetic or if its because of vitamin deficiency dermaroller will not give you results you wanted if youre not takeing help from doctors and vitamins. The best way to understand the reason of your hair loss is to consult a doctor. Hope you have solved your problem❤️(English is not my first language hehe😁)

    This is really disappointing that you said that rosemary oil is as effective as minoxidil, IT ISN'T.
    The use of rosemary oil for hair loss is pseudoscience! In the only study conducted on rosemary oil for hair regrowth compared rosemary oil to 2% minoxidil when that is basically never clinically used - 5% is the lowest strength topical minoxidil you'll be recommended. Also the actual statistics portion of the rosemary oil vs 2% minoxidil study was a total mess, their charts and calculations were incorrect. Labmuffin on YT did a really good breakdown of why rosemary oil is statistically ineffective at best and causes hair loss in the worst case scenario. Please keep in mind I said rosemary OIL, not a concentrate another research lab made for their study, which was about 200x more potent than the best rosemary oil. That actually was a scientifically sound study, and it found barely statistically significant benefits to hair growth, with an improvement of around p=~0.05, and that's when a concentrate derived from rosemary was used, it equated to putting litres of rosemary oil on your scalp twice a day which is obviously not realistic.

      Hey there! 😊 Absolutely not, I promise! I've been using a 1.5mm dermaroller from bia (thereisbia.com/) for a while now and it's more of a tingling sensation, rather than actual pain. The primary goal is to stimulate blood flow in our scalp to promote hair growth naturally and holistically. As someone who champion science as inspiration, I found that it's more fulfilling to use nature-based remedies like bia's super roots hair oil with rosemary oil. Remember, our bodies are temples and deserve gentle, loving care.💚💁‍♀️
