Nice job, still can't believe u popped the bearing off that clutch pressure plate that easily only with ur thumbs, mine gave me way more trouble. hehe It's a real shame tho u didn't get the ducabike clear clutch cover on this bike while doing this. =((
did you guys follow the stack order in the instructions? The video skipped at that point. How many friction plates could you fit? I can only get 9 with the steel at the end. Did you put the final friction plate in the fixed slot? I can't tell if you did. The instructions are crap.
When you put the pressure plate on was there a lot of resistance getting the bearing sleeve in place? Just put in new plates and having fits, it’s grabbing
Hey, I’m getting ready to install my ducabike slipper clutch as well, how was your first Trackday with the 3 yellow springs? I know with ducabike you can order harder or softer springs. Let me know how that went for you guys.
Unfortunately I still haven’t had a chance to do a trackday yet this year. But I did test ride the bike around my area (luckily did not pass a cop) and so far the recommended softer “track” springs seem to do the job. The clutch doesn’t slip on zero throttle but easily slips on downshift when I purposely did not rev match to test it.
IL MOSTRO perfect that’s exactly what I wanted to hear. It’s unfortunate that you still haven’t been able to do a Trackday. Our season “re-opener” is coming up in September. That’s why I’m getting this all knocked out before that. Good luck, ride safe! Thanks again
IL MOSTRO that’s good to hear that it runs nice. I just recently installed mine. I have two questions, did you guys end up having one extra friction plate left out? And also what kind of clutch slave do you have? I’m unable to disengage the clutch now, I have one friction plate left over but when I pull the clutch I see the pressure plate move but I’m guessing it’s not moving enough since I can’t even put it in first gear.
@@andrewmig16 I've been sitting on a ducabike Slipper Clutch for two years. Tried installing it three different times, no luck either attempt. I ended up racing with my stock clutch. But, I noticed they had one Friction plate left over. Also, the instructions that come with it are SH*T!
And in the background : "Michael Jordan , Toni Kukoč ".
Nice job 👍

Can you provide detailed clutch order? From the comments and myself, I think many people are interested in order etc. thanks!

You bought new chain, and sprockets, but stayed with 525 instead of 520?????
What socket size was the hub bolt you used the impact to take off
Do you dont like the clear clutch?
is the progressive throttle working at all? Im thinking about installing 1 of these if so
it works great
Any idea what could be going on
