Why isn't Ash at 1 million sub's yet? I'm happy they didn't nerf rascals, since I have gotten more than 600 trophies on the arena (Entered silver league) using the broken rascals mortar bait deck. Underlevelled (is that even a word?) Rascals are amazing! Lvl 11 still go good in ladder (I'm a free 2 play player).

Totally agree with Supercell on this particular issue. I personally took a hard hit when MK was nerfed so hard, so I really dislike unwarranted nerfs.
Hoff The Great Try being more versatile so when they nerf your primary deck you don’t “take a hard hit”

I think the indirect nerfs were a great route to take, particularly valkyre.
I think rascal girls damage should be equal to archers
that rascals bait deck is super annoying....😭😭if one don't have 3 spells he will be wrecked in no time....may be valk be a viable counter 😐
Better nerf the Valkyrie or the Knight, they are owning the arena with their value right now xD

I agree with supercell, the new cards should always have some time to shine, they aren't like royal ghost or night witch level broken so it's ok to not balance them till the next one imo.

Tareq Al-Hasan Been playing since soft launch in Canada. Unlocked her in the challenge first try. At 5800 right now and was well over 5k when she was released. Didn’t see an issue with her because something as simple as ex or witch shut her down. Not a casual. I just don’t suck. Dismissed.
Common dude i am a free to play player and at least we want common cards to be buff because we can upgrade them fast... I am on supercell side.
Gaming with SS but p2w abuses commons. Ex: overleveled ebarbs/royal gg/ mortar. Ive seen Max leveled of all these in 4000 trophies far in the season
Rascals are new, so people are adjusting to them. I think because they are a strong card, they're having such an impact. The game changes a little each time a new card is introduced, so I think they should wait and see with time.

I would love a deck building video, Tips tricks and what basics he looks for, how to counter a few basic archetypes (obviously meta dependent) would make clan wars more interesting for me as I enjoy the deck building that comes along with it), good substitutes beyond the obvious musketeer for e-wizz and what type of rolls he looks for certain cards to fill

Early Squad! How are you ash? I never realised how much your channel would help me grow as a player. I went from a hog mountain noob with a hog ebarb deck to s mainly golem but seasoned all round players at 4000 level 10 who took an ultimate champion finisher to the last second. Off topic: I want archers and fire spirits buffed.
Archers-> increase damage by 6% so they 1 shot fire spirits. Faster targeting and spawn slighter further apart.
Fire Spirits: Increase damage by 12.5% (From 169 to 190 - Total damage goes from 507 to 570) so it one shots ice spirits and minions. Spawn slightly further apart
Bonus: Nerf Furnace so it doesn’t become the new goblin hut.

I'm playing a Giant Skeleton Graveyard deck with hunter rn, it has amazing matchups with most every current meta decks. Try it out: Giant Skeleton, Hunter, Graveyard, Poison, Ice Golem, Zap, Mega Minion, Guards.

Do a video on the golem, guards, mega minion, prince, poison, flying machine, ice spirit, and zap deck please. Been using it and doing pretty well but there’s always room for improvement!
I love the videos as always, Ash. But I'm an Xbow player and I'd love a deck. I use 3.3 Ice Wiz and 2.9 Cycle but people know everything about them and it's getting a little bit difficult. Love the videos as always but I'd love an Xbow deck too :)
As an American viewer, I have to say I really appreciate that his videos include players from other parts of the world -- especially China. Our thinking here is usually SO US-centric, so it's nice (and smart) of Ash to make sure he plays to a wider, global audience. Good video!

I knew it, called it from the very first rascal video Ash made, now it is one of the most op cards for now. Make good use of it while you can for this season if ye aiming for the top trophies or aiming to win grand challenges before it gets nerfed.

The reason you did that thing with your hands is because that's your sub count climbing through 1M because of your double, (and hopefully triple uploads some time soon ; ). Also, I think rascals are fine, because if they ever buff barb barrel I think that will be really good, and it just prompts people to use fireball and log because I think poison is a bit better then firebll. Also, I haven't used rascals much because level 9 rascals vs max level everything......ya :P

Hey ash, do you think the old mk zap bait deck is viable?
Hey guys since the update the popular 3 musket hog hunter cycle deck has taken a hit. But if you still want to use it try switching out the royal ghost for the Valkyrie! With its new buff it counters the mega knight really well and counters elite barbs well which is a huge problem I face with it when I can’t fully counter overleveled elite barbs on ladder. Like so Ash can see and change the deck!

They are like old-barbarians. 5 elixir all around defensive card that can counter attacks as well. And i don't think they will ever touch to the rascal girls because of critical interactions they have, but maybe they will reduce the thick boy's health(and maybe down to knight's health). The other not so likely possibility is making them 6 elixir
I use rascals instead of minions in pekka miner poison control deck that you shared couple of weeks ago.. it works.. what do you think about the deck? (Pekka,Miner,royal ghost,bandti,zap,poison,rascals,E wiz)

I've been thinking about Rascals since their release and I don't think that their stats are what makes them strong. It's their unique mechanic as there is no other card that provides you with a tank and dps, with that this card still provides value after being logged. How can you balance this mechanic? If you take their dps away you can ignore them a lot more times. If you take life out of their tank they lose their value after being logged. Either way this can make other cards, cheaper cards, preferable. And will make this card weak as a lot of people initially thought. It's a tough one.
Anyway, awesome video Ash, can't wait for Pro v. Pro tonight.

I think Rascals are balanced supercell is probably waiting bit more before making a decision bout them .But Ash please ask them to fix ladder smh I am pissed cause of facing lvl11,12 when am 10 and if I see 10 they have so high lvl cards too!!

I feel like they didn’t nerf the rascals because they’re still very new, and the rascals are so strong due to the bait dominate meta as of lately. Their usage rates will decrease slightly due to the wizard and Valkyrie buffs. They’ll probably receive a slight nerf in the next update which may include a decrease in the rascal boy’s health and a slower fire rate for the rascal girls

Its pretty obvious really, their reason good for no rascal nerf , but look at it this way. Put out new card, check. Make card over powered so everyone wants it, check. Watch the money roll in as gems are bought to purchase chests to level up the new op card, check. Once the big buy over nerf the card into average playable standard, check and check. Best thing people can do is wait to level th card after they see it get balanced. Hard thing to do though im sure. Great vid man.
Ash I would take a lot of care by using Stats royale bc in the same AMA, CR talked about how much a discrepancy there exists between their stats and stats royale's stats. Reportedly, they said usually the stats royale stats can be 20% higher than CR's stats. Of course, it varies for every card, but stats royale is so biased because it only collects the stats of people that regularly log in and refresh their stats, and usually, far higher skilled people perform those log-ins, leaving people with lower skill, levels, or experience far under-represented

Perfect response by Rumham. They are a brand new card not many people know how to counter or know how to use well (except pros they are just geniuses) Like he said the stats were dropping and it was wise to have patience before balancing because if the stats drop per week then nerfing them would have made them even weaker. It is not wise to say this card needs a balance in the first week because not everyone has them yet or know how to play always best to have a better sample size.

Your right about not having rascals leveled up yet. My Rascal's are lvl 9 so I can't use them on later at 4500. As soon as I can get them to lvl 11 I will certainly use them on ladder
