Clash Royale's "pro tips" series continues on CWA Mobile Gaming! Today we'll take a look at two great 2.9 miner poison cycle decks played by OneHive Hunter and Surgical Goblin. One is a bit stronger on offense, one is a bit stronger on defense - but they're both fantastic, fast, miner cycle decks! They are both built around two of the strongest cards in the game right now, Tesla and Valkyrie. Valkyrie possibly is in a big need for a nerf (I think they went a bit overboard on her last buff) but time will tell. Until she's nerfed, you might as well use her! Give this deck a try on your next trophy push on ladder in arenas 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12! Best of luck & enjoy!!

I watched this vid on release day, but had to come back to say thanks - I'm running the gang+bats version, and it's pushed me through the Challenger I plateau I hit due to underleveled cards. The deck's defense is sooooo solid, and valkyrie seriously feels like such a cheat code every time I play it. Thanks Ash!

Interesting point you make comparing the Valk to the Witch. I used lightning in most of the arena challenges to counter witch, and both Witch and Valk found themselves in my deck too, due to their overall strength in the current meta

CWA Mobile Gaming I’ll try facing surgical goblin. Ya it can be a new series called pro vs noob with surg being the pro and me being the noob. Lol
Miner, poison, log, bowler, inferno dragon, bats, goblin gang and mortar
My current deck, you can use the mortar both to get damage and defend. In the second case, combined with the inferno dragon and bowler, no damage will pass. If you use it offensivly, you have your entire deck to protect it from basically every card
Great video. You should show the beating xbow clips and how to go against beatdown.

I agree that Valkyrie could use a nerf, but only a slight one at that. The Valkyrie is one of the main counters to the new witch, and if the Valkyrie is nerfed too much, then the witch will just be the new overly buffed meta card.
Also I’ve been thinking about a couple of changes to both the big pekka and mini pekka. What if both pekka received about a 5% health nerf but a hit speed reduction to 1.7 from the original 1.8? This way they can kill tanks faster, but they won’t survive as long on a counterpush

First time playing Surge's deck yesterday and I went 12-0 in a classic challenge (not ready to commit to GC) and I still haven't lost with it while preparing for the rage challenge it is so powerful.

Thanks ASH! What do you think about new card... DARK MIRROR... you can use it to play an opponents card just played... cost is the same as mirror but the card is only the same level as opponents... with the risk that he plays another and you miss your chance...

I feel like inferno dragon is the most op card in the game. It’s in bridge spam, lavaloon, some miner poison, some bait decks, some golem decks, graveyard, in 4K bridge spam(new archetype, if your in 4- 4600 you know what I’m talking about), it’s in literally every archetype(except 3M). And provides great value on defense.

They should make clan war collection day battles at tournament standard and if you are a lvl 8 with lower level cards, you and your cards will be leveled UP for that battle (which should be also be done for tournaments and challenges for maximum fairness). Good idea?

I also understand that you are a part of Nova Esports, and that the second-highest clan in clan war trophies is a Nova clan. I was wondering if somehow you could make a video showcasing one of their clan wars and what decks they use and how they get so many wins, etc. Anyway, just an idea. On ladder I play Valkyrie bait or hog cycle with Valkyrie and tesla depending on my mood or quests. I love Valkyrie right now she’s so good.

king pro legend no you wouldnt want to do that. You cant substitute miner in this deck. Search Hog Cycle for a hog deck
I recently quit playing clash royale. I can't adjust to meta changes and lose 9/10 games after every balance updates. I really enjoyed 2v2 but there is not real competition like ladder. Still love your videos man. Keep it up Ash!

I am a really bad miner player.. love hog decks.. but would love to learn other play other decks. But still so hard to get a decent level in all the cards.. would love an other buff on chests.. still take soooo lang to level up the cards

I main xbow and I would love to see pros handle giant witch or golem decks some of them seem rather impossible for me to beat. I believe I'm doing everything right but my deck is a bit underleveled. I'm a 15 win player and 4300 trophies average level of my deck is 11

Hey Ash so I got a wierd xbow deck: xbow, valk, fire spirits, ice wizard, fireball, Tesla, minions and bats. It's wierd but It works. When you play it if you have ice wizard in starting hand use him then go xbow one tile back and Tesla upfront. I've won a lot of matches doing that.
