sometimes I think about a version of Royal where Yoshizawa is *also* a FemC, and if you picked her Joker would take her place in the third semester storyline as in [third semester spoilers !!]: if you have Joker as the MC, Sumire is the one w the dead sibling (basically canon Royal) but if you have Violet as the MC, Akiren takes her place and has a dead sibling (idk if he would be a gymnast, I can see him as a fencer instead tho)

This makes me imagine a persona game similar to fire emblem three houses, where you would have to choose a side and fight against the opposite side. I think it worked really well in that game and could make a really interesting persona game.
Three Houses felt a bit more like a Persona, SMT, or just an Atlus game with some Fire Emblem elements put into it to me than an actual game in the Fire Emblem series in my opinion... Nice idea BTW

I can see this opening representing the original timeline vs. The Royal timeline. Since the P3P opening and game with the same way because FEMC timeline can be changed.
I'm coming back to this (for probably the 4 dozenth time, I love this edit) after learning the other day that the p3p opening can be watched upside down for the FeMC route. This still works well with that idea, but a few scenes can be flipped (literally) and now I'm curious as to how it'd look. ok I promise I'm not asking you to re-edit this I only found how this edit could be 1:1 to it's inspiration and wanted to share (because make no mistake, I still think this looks fantastic) - also I realized that, since the FemC has different battle themes from MC in P3P (Mass Destruction vs Wiping All Out), this could easily transfer over with Last Surprise for MC and Take Over for FeMC. It also gives them different characteristics, with the MC being more suave and sneaky yet confident to fit with Last Surprise; compared to FemC's song, Take Over, being a more boisterous yet triumphant song to fit with an engergetic, self assured young lady
Damn this montage, edit or whatever is amazing, never thought I'd like seeing clips from dark sun(sorry guys, I hate that op), plus of me loving op of portable. This whole mix of ops fits all together oh so nicely as well as hard work of putting it all in rhythm to the song with certain sections.(also I sure love my yt recommendations today)
