    Nine Network executives decided toward the end of 1999 to cancel Hey Hey It's Saturday. Nine cited various reasons for the axing, including a dip in ratings, an ageing audience and a need to cut costs at the network; however, the program still attracted an average of 1.2 million viewers.

      The only way for Google to work was for all of local entertainment to be wiped out everything from the local bands performers outdoor events circuses TV movies, anything that was in there away they said was offensive or not politically correct in some way and now they have 100% of human beings using their services to entertain themselves and as usual the Americans are making all the money out of it

    Our relief teacher at Strathmore High. He was a shit teacher, but he was loved , because he'd make us read plays, and I'd do the voices. Other kids would try to hang shit on me, and Glen would shut them up and encourage me to do the voices.

      @James-kv6kb I'm talking about Glenn Robbins, not Uncle Arthur. Your grammar is really bad, by the way.

    • @egyptology22
      @egyptology22 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @James-kv6kb you've corrected some of your bad grammar, but you left we're in instead of were. And blaming google? I understand now though. You're American, you've ruined the English language. It's not your fault. It's how you were educated.

    • @James-kv6kb
      @James-kv6kb 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@egyptology22 That just proves my point because again I checked that statement and it was all correct. As for being American don't you dare insult me I'm an Australian, I live in Whyalla South Australia .Now you don't have a problem with Google ?you don't have a problem with human behaviour being changed where we're all robotic consuming dumb people who have no say in the their future because it's all decided by these companies that think of us as just people giving them the money and not actually human beings?. Look at the intelligence of people we now have adults playing with toys and on tiktok and all acting like 10-year-olds because people like that spend lots of money and Google is the one doing all the ads wake up to yourself seriously

    • @James-kv6kb
      @James-kv6kb 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@egyptology22 I do apologise for my bad grammar it is very difficult using a phone with the severe medical conditions I have, so I have to use the voice to texting which doesn't seem to work well with people that have disabilities and yes I will blame Google they should have better services for people like me that understand what I'm trying to say. Maybe we should be less worried about grammar and more worried about what everybody's got to say in this world and not just the able-bodied people that can speak clearly

    The only way people are going to willingly pay for content of the show is if there is new content. bring back the show and i guarantee you will have at least 1 subscriber.

    • @James-kv6kb
      @James-kv6kb 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This is why when we say back in the day it was so good we actually are telling you the truth lol now we didn't subscribe to anything we didn't pay anything we simply bought a television and paid the electricity bill and we had the best television you can possibly want. However three times in the half-hour show there would be ads and that was how the television station paid for the quality entertainment ,so simple but it is no longer possible because the Americans want all entertainment to go through them and through Google where you are paying for things as opposed to getting everything for free like we used to

    • @jamesburke2759
      @jamesburke2759 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@James-kv6kb Too True. :(
      The funny thing is those ads are as nostalgic as the programs themselves. ABC (Australia) used to be on the cutting edge of Australian comedy and kids programming for free. For a very long time must i point out. The good news is its burning out quickly. this is exactly like Mechanical TV vs CRT Tube TV or VHS vs Beta vs LD vs CDV, vs Video 8, vs HD-DVD. there are too many options making it more likely everyone is going to just pick the cheapest option and copy the rest. Free production and distribution ultimately wins. just get on board making it better for a reasonable price. in my opinion word of mouth is worth more than a single payment.
