Oneplus is having good camera. But s10 plus is having incredible camera.
The S10 + will also set you back an additional $300. For the money the Oneplus 7 holds it own and then some.
@@chillstep4life with Gcam mod and 48 MP camera defenetely oneplus will rock along with the qhd+ display. Google already proved most of the camera problems can be solved, unless there is a hardware issue.
My suggestion would be to check one plus 5 camera and one plus 7 pro.. One Plus 5 has better camera performance over OP7pro.

@@haroonrafi250 My wife has S10 and I have OP7 Pro, you cannot go wrong either way,really depends on if you want a large screen or a normal sized screen. Also if you like lighter phones get the S10. I prefer OP7 Pro because I use a lot of apps and the speed is insane! But both are so good

There's just something about Samsung quality which draws most people in. And it's not that the OnePlus7 is bad, not at all, but the bigger company behind the Galaxy series has really deep pockets for R&D and cheaper mass production. ;)
OnePlus 7 had one Job they still didnt manage to get that Headphone Jack!
In the beginning of the video,the oneplus is a bit louder but the s10+ has more smooth and soft sound rather than distracting,harsh sound with a lot of wind.

The OP7 pro is good at video stabilizing but the crop is huge. The S10+ perform better overall.

Camera is better on the S10+ but I'd still go with the OP7 Pro. The 90Hz display with no cutout is amazing. Oxygen OS is fantastic too

Awesome comparison, Saf! I think the S10 sort of takes the cake here but it really makes you appreciate the sheer amount of tech that goes into the cameras on modern phones. And how difficult it's becoming to actually tell the difference between them all!
Yep. I also wonder if just merely tapping a different spot in the scene to focus on can make up the small differences in the brightness/dynamic range levels. That works for me. I just find the spot where there's the biggest contrasting levels and tap there
Seriously, I'm not a pictures guy, don't really like taking selfies and stuff, so to my untrained eye, both phones looked pretty great most of the time.
The more noticeable difference would be in telephoto lens, image stabilization, and low light imagery.
@@sskhussaini Yeah pretty much any camera in 2019 is down to what type of color levels or color-tone temperature you want. You can brighten, sharpen, and general adjust any aspect of a picture after the fact. So all of those are mostly pointless to me, unless they're way way off.
Yeah... As a major fan of one plus - I would still give the slight win to the S10.
Lot of great qualities from the 7 Pro and video was good as well... However due to the hardware you can't change the resolution on the 3x zoom or make the lens wider for wide angle shots.. other than that some of the technical tweaks can be adjusted with software updates from 1+.
But still have to give it to the S10+. And considering it's only $130 more for Samsung ( if you buy it through a carrier) that's not a bad price for all the extra features you get. Still love Oxygen OS - hands down.

Lol bro check the dxo article they said the firmware used in OnePlus 7 pro is different compared to the reviewers using. The camera is better than S10 plus and it has 3rd highest ranking in dxo. They will push update regarding the camera in the time of sales

Another great video well constructed with a lot of snap shots and videos to push the cameras ..... stabilization has to be OnePlus and the front speaker but the colours on the Samsung are breathtaking if OnePlus do have a update for the camera fair play but after watching your video it's Samsung ...

Great video comparison Saf as always,my personal opinion is that from what I saw and heard the Samsung has better natural colours like your face retained the colour not darker like in the OP,also sound was better on the Samsung. However both are fine phones,we're nitty picking here but that's part of the game 😎👊

Thanks for the review! I have been subscribed for years and you do great videos! I just leased a S10+ for the Galaxy forever program on Sprint and I have a Note 9 for my business phone. I have been seriously considering the One Plus 7 pro because I like and miss XDA Developers and being able to root and rom my phones. I am very impressed with the S10+. I actually just bought my wife one and liked it so much I decided to try one out myself. So I watched this video of yours and the other one that you compare both phones overall. I am coming from an LG V20 on my personal line and I had to get another phone with a wide angle camera for some of my work pictures. I own a Handyman business and often find myself in situations that I have to have a wide angle camera to take pictures of my projects in tight spaces etc. This video showed me that the Samsung cameras and their accommodating software are more refined than the One Plus offering. To me almost all of the pictures looked better on the S10+. The S10+ camera's images looked sharper with much better detail and color. What you refer to as soft in the One Plus 7 pro pictures to me just looked more blurry and less sharp while at the same time having muted colors. So I guess I will be keeping the S10+ for what I consider superior camera capabilities especially in the wide angle which is the most important feature for me since my Note 9 does not have one. This S10+ feels so small compared to my Note 9! It is weird! Thanks for the great video!

Thank you - Big One plus fan, but on the basis of your video - I will save myself the pounds - and keep away from the pro version until it gets a second version out.
Stabilisation seems really strong on the one plus 7. I think the colours look better on the Samsung but one plus looked a little more realistic. Samsung pictures always seems slightly artificial.

Supersaf is 100 percent accurate and genuine for the camera compression, the other TH-camrs are not accurate maybe they are getting paid by the company for the marketing purposes.

For the 1st selfish, the OnePlus 7 Pro is actually over-exposed and the whole image looks very dull and flat. S10+ looks better with more depth to the photo, not to mention it's sharper.

Wow! The OnePlus 7 Pro produced some great results. The gap has certainly narrowed.
I might wait until the 7T, since I only got my Note 9 in November 😜 but I loved my OnePlus One.
S10 plus has better audio and at times a lot better cam than 7 pro apart from that the UI and having a headphone jack plus the gorrila glass 6 is bonus advantage!!! So samsung all the way
OnePlus could have included all those extras, but then its price would be higher. You see, this is the difference between the big boys having deep pockets for R&D and production, while the little guys just can't compete at the same price point. That's how it has always been, and always will be.
