Can’t wait to start my first grade haller. I had many cars tracks, 2 wild Willy and the dune buggie. Your video are amazing work is beautiful. I will be in touch buy my truck. Thank you. Megan
Absolutely beautiful Bob! Great build. I can't wait 'til I get my kit soon. Your video is very informative and I am noting down the tips you share. I look forward to viewing more of your new builds soon.
Hey Bob, this is one of the models where the MFC-03 has little opportunity in terms of light. So I would recommend anyone who buys this truck to buy a Beier USM-RC-3 sound & light module. Things like parking lights, low beams, high beams, fog lights and cornering lights can only be realized true to the original and that is NOT possible with the Tamiya MFC-03! 😉😉😉
That is impressive!! I also leave out the Vibration Motor.... even though I'm only building my FIRST one, I've got two more coming! (One from you) I really like the Green stripes on the Dump Bucket. I agree with you there. The MFC-03 has some cool features.... But you sold me on Beier!! My Sound Systems arrived today!!! ☺ I'm thrilled to get them going... But my new Computer won't be here till Friday. I HOPE you're doing the Beier USM RC-2 Videos soon! I'm anxious now. 😊
The dumper mechanism is similarly used on Wisdom's portable 'Sizzler' ride to allow it to be lowered onto pivot stands so the axle carrier can be pulled away during setup.
This is a very cool build,I seen most of your truck builds. You do a great job on the build ,would have like to see how high the dump box went with the lift I have the lift and box but no rails or instructions on how to build this dump .I will figure it out for sure, would really like to see you do a hydraulic dumper box.thanks for the awsome videos.like your chanel lots.
Great video and beautiful model. Would be interested to see how you set up the MFC-03. Having been through it myself with Tamiya's Scania R620 kit, I found it a bit of a challenge. However, after some trial and error, managed to get it working properly. I still find it a real challenge getting a cab in my models as the MFC is a bit of a monster to hide in the cab alongside the mountains of wiring.
Brilliant video as always bob, I'm interested in what you do with the models after you finish building them? I've got a collection of the hg 1/12 military vehicles but I've never got them dirty yet, i prefer just to sit and look at them, like works of art i don't want to ruin them...
Oh, ok, surely there must be some that you think are just too good to part with, or have regretted selling? I know if i ever sold mine i would regret it almost immediately....nevertheless keep what you're doing, as i find your videos both entertaining and very informative. ..
Hi,Bob.I bought this kit a while ago,and have the actuator unit. Can i use this setup without the MFC 03 unit,i.e. with a hobbywing esc and 8ch receiver?thanks for any info.
hi bob would like to know where i can buy one of these and what the cost of just the truck is wirhout breaking the bank. prices are all over the place smh
I don't know who sells Tamiya in Canada. Probably check with a local hobby shop. Note that Tamiya trucks and not breaking the bank do not usually go good together !!
Fantastic build Bob,thats a complicate kit for sure. 2 things with the kit i dislike. Why inc the tipper manual switch and extra wiring ? who really is going to be using a "standard" radio when buying this kit AND the actuator is yet again wayyyyyy to loud, spoils the effect. I am sure Tamiya could find better quality bits.
Oh Bob please stop make me spend money ! Now i want that too 🤣! Great as always Sir !! THANK YOU for sharing . Looks great and the green is spot on .
He's good at that!!

Very cool.dobyou think it would be a good first time build project for a beginner?
Possible, but I would probably start with a different kit.
VERY NICE RIG BOB.. BUT IM GOING TO NEED TO GOTO A TRADE SCHOOL JUST TO LEARN HOW TO OPERATE ALL THE REMOTE FUNCTIONS CORRECTLY 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

You can. Just plug it into an open channel. On the Flysky FS-i6 I like assigning a knob to the channel and using the knob to control the bed.
Great job mate can you tell me the colour of the paint 🎨 👍 or the colour number
TS-52 Candy Lime Green (Awesome color!)
