Can't wait to see the driving impressions video. Sphericals must be such a cool mod. What next for the S2000, rigid collars, limited slip differential 😁 Renegade short shifter, the pre order for the short shifter is still available, they make them in limited quantity. Love your videos man.
"Miatas are history" as he alienates 1/2 his viewership 😉 Guys, I'm invested. Hope to see SA wheels in Miata fitment. Better hurry, Freeforms are in the cart!
oooooooooooooooh... nearly missed this one....... Quinn you can sew... fix holes in socks too..? Looks good...nice to the touch,,,,,,,,,,,🤪 if you go shopping with the car....do you take the steering wheel with you..? great vid chaps... N x
That Stook is a well rounded car. I understand moving some of the cars on - with your time commitments it might be for the best. Perhaps turn a couple into a good mid ship ride, that coupled with Stook will give you all the variety that you need.
Hey Quinn, couldn't make out what watch you have on in the video, would you mind sharing? Reason I ask is I just recently got into watches and just got my first watch, a SMP Diver 300 by Omega. Great content as always, your car looks great as usual. You briefly mentioned you liked the BMW M2 (not the new generation) on the last podcast, a car I recently purchased, I've been a Miata guy for the past six years and finally moved on. If you ever contemplate buying a newer car I recommend giving it a test drive, it sold me. Cars have gotten out of hand in terms of pricing but the non "Competition" M2 is one of the last solid deals on the market right now. P.s.headliner to match the rest of the interior may be a nice touch for the s2k.
@@TheSlipAngle I knew it was a Japanese watch, good pick! Appreciate the response and it's not like you don't have plenty of choices as is, so I get it. Take care!
Any plans to give the roof a headliner, or does it not contribute much to NVH? Those door panels are beautiful, by the way. I want to give my build a similar upgrade.
Not really only because it's carbon. I don't know how much it will lesson NVH but I'm pretty happy where the car is now. A little thicker padding in the trunk might make a difference alsl
Maybe a ghost green race stripe. If feeling extra ricer. If not, ghost green pinstriping and edge pinstriping on the bumper lips, skirts, tail, and rear bumper lip. But it has to be ghost green. Subtle accents. Like factory, but not cheesy factory. Then like Porsche does on the doors, or skirt, ghost green S2000 font.
A Z4m roadster and an S2000 cost similar amounts in the UK, would you be able to do a comparison video of your Z4m coupe and the S2000? If somebody was in the market for a very clean S2000 they would be able to find an average Z4m coupe within budget. I feel like the Z4m is a class above the S2000 but would love to know your thoughts on which one provides a better driving experience.
@@TheSlipAngle here in the UK we got the ap2 facelift but kept the f20c redline. both FD's and S2k's were affordable here a couple years ago but have gone up but not as much as the US, it's the insurance costs that bite most here especially for anyone under 30. Only thing that put me off the FD was its a bit of a drama queen! engine wise but the looks make it timeless,. Interestingly the Z4m hasn't moved much here in value during the last 5 years.
Lol for 20k you’re buying one with 100k miles at that point it’s not worth it. Better to step up pay the extra 5-10k and buy a lower mileage one that was really taken care of that you can have the rest of your life. Problem with these cars 90% of them are beat to hell. I’ve had 3 s2000s now just found one with 30k miles for 24k and I’m never selling again. Best car under 30k and I don’t care what anyone says, nothing can replicate the feel of this car under that price.
Maybe, just maybe… have custom aluminum nobs and controls made, to match the shifter. Just to bring it up a bit. Have the recaros with green stitching and alcantara inserts. Then have alcantara visors. With green stitching. For a final touch. 😎 if you want to go grandpas, have a custom alcantara dash mat with green stitching 😅😂
@@TheSlipAngle Oh…you’re right, the dash mat is a little bit much, jk, Lol. Although, having the recarros with green stitching just might tie it all together. Especially if you get a thin green outline stitching around the embroidered white text recarro. That might just be a little bit not too much, lol.

I try not to leave the car sitting outside for too long. Honda thieves are the worst.

Hey guys! What brand do you have for the headlights? I've been wondering since I wanted the AP2 styled ones.
Spyderco units from eBay
any possibility you can link the person or company that did ur door panels ik u said it in the video but it was not clear
Md Interiors
Looks amazing
Thank you!

Yes

I got them! Dyno'd and made around 222 WHP on the dynojet
what gear knob are you running?
