This piece just gave me chills. The middle section where the piano is repeating the Ab with the orchestra playing those gorgeous chords around it, it was just so beautiful. I am so excited for the third movement, knowing it is going to be as brilliant as the first two.
How do you write a timpani roll on Musescore 4 im writing my first symphony again and i can’t grasp that concept. By the i have very little knowledge of music theory 😊
So pleased to hear this lovely, lush movement, a real contrast to the 1st movement but still some connective material that links them wonderfully. I loved the repeated Ab, so simple but very emotive. Can't wait for the finale. Great work 😊
The beginning gives me almost same sort of Mozart Piano Concert No. 21 vibes but with more complex harmony. This is a very beatiful second movement though, great job! I can’t wait to hear the finale of the concert!
Thank you very much for your comment! Nice to hear that you like this movement. The 3rd has to wait a bit due to a commissioned composition so it will take a few month up to releasing the last movement.
This part is quite easy to play. the left hand only plays the octave bass line, the right hand plays the chords and melody. it's just easier to read to write the chords in the second staff to avoid ledger lines.
Everytime I make the mistake to set the clefs BEFORE looking at the transposing score. Sorry for that! I will change that before printing of course. Thanks for this hint!
Well done !!!

@@michaellyndee I will be waiting excited! Good luck on your commissioned composition!
Thanks a lot!
This sounds like Mahler and his Second Symphony. The second movement
2:28 the piano left hand is simply impossible.

Lovely piece but please don't tell me horns 3-6 will be in bass clef in the individual parts

Where are you?
Sorry, there is not much time for composing right now, so it will take a while. And I miss inspiration too for the third movement. Please be patient!
