Jack fruit halwa is a tasty sweet but it is rarely seen. Hereby we show halwa making in bulk by our beloved Sharmanna at his home. If jackfruit is used for verieties of dishes, it prevents wastage of the same. Here, halwa is made by using machine. Ingredients used are jack fruit pulps, ghee, sugar and cashew nuts.
