Hi, i want to say thank you for showing how to visualize the elements that were hidden. I saw the structural connections was checked, so i didn't understand. Thanks. I subscribed to the channel and left a thumb up!
Hello dear I am Engineer Siver from Kurdishtan- Iraq I am appreciate you for your weekly learning videos I would like to learn how to make curve or L-shape plate, I looked too much but I couldn’t find it?
If it's for visualisation purposes alone it is phenomenally slow even comparing to sketchup. If you can perform structural analysis and create your own library , then it might be worth the hassle.
Sir what u have to do to plcae the plate inside the wall? In your tutorial plate is projected outer of the wall... I need to place the plate inside for my current project
I have a problem setting up the bolts, it doesn't get across the beam, only the first plate gets bolted, even when I select both of them, is there any command to use?
dear sir i use Revit 2018. i installed the steel connections already from Autodesk but the connections are not shown, can you help me please how i can fix? thanks
While saving the connection as a custom build connection the beam suddenly goes again to the middle of the wall, is too long so to speak. Any idea why? I think it happened in your example as well.
Hey man , just wanna say thank you for all the knowledge

You are great!!! Thank you!
thank you!!
Missing the "i" in Connection on your title screen :) Nice Vid.
you should update to 2019.2 it has a precast tap, it might not be very interesting for an architect, but still a very nice tool
Gracias me ayudaste bastante!

can we create parameters for the custom connection we create, like the connections available from revit

I have revit 2023 but I don’t have steel in the toolbar how i can show it?
Thanks a lot
If only revit had the same feature for wood, that be great.

Hi I am using Revit, my question is why can i not see my baseplates in a section view, is there a work around?
My bolts dont go through two plates, but only through one although I selected them both, you know what's going wrong?
Have you sorted ths out?
how to do it in architectural template?(beam systems)
Is this feature is available in revit 2017?
can you send me Revit 2018 steel connection library please? thanks a lot

丸い柱はどうですか?
too fast in using commands. please use yellow highlighter for cursor so that it will be easy to keep track of cursor movement which is very fast.
HOW ACTUALLY CAN ON HAVE BEAM MODELING IN REVIT AS I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO WAY OUT THANK
I find this too much work for a connection. Most times is no luxury of time in project. All in all we are getting there.
New in Revit 2019...?
It is concerning when an architect starts playing structural engineer.
show
thank you very much
