    Hello, I do not understand why I cannot have a lead related to a parent contact as we can do it with Microsoft Dynamics. If you are in B2B business with large accounts and several offers, and if one of your contact visits you in an event and tells you that he may be interested in one of your offer, why should I create an opportunity instead of a lead ? I do not understand why I should have an opportunity here and sometimes a lead. More precisely, I understand but I do not agree and I can do it with Microsoft Dynamics. So why not with Salesforce ?

    Hi Nick, I am comparing Zoho with Salesforce. Is there a Lead stages in Zoho, similar to Salesforce Leads stages?

    You created a duplicate contact for Nick Boardman. You have 2 contacts in that account now: Nick and Nick Boardman (but they're the same people) LOL
    Just starting Salesforce, but pretty sure this is NOT "Best Practice"
