Loved this. I used it to help build a flow to send an email alert and assign a task for a custom object I built. THANK YOU!

Hai Salesforce Geek the video is very useful and I have tried by myself by following your video and after creating 3 leads in 3 different names
After creating 1 st Lead, its working fine and I can see the "Follow Up" Task under the "Activity" tab which is created as we configured(Today + 7 Days)
After creating 2 nd Lead, its not working fine there is no "Follow Up" Task under the "Activity" tab which is not created as we configured(Today + 14 Days )
After creating 3 rd Lead, its working fine there is no "Follow Up" Task under the "Activity" tab which is not created as we configured(Today + 21 Days )

    Great video tutorials thanks!
Just 2 things that can improve the videos: 1. TH-cam subtitles. 2. If you can in the description of the video write the exercise that we will can do it alone to test ourselves.
    Thanks again!

Hello @Salesforce Geek, can you suggest any idea about below scenario
When a lead is created then 2 follow-up mail should be send one is after 2days of lead creation and another is after 5 days of lead creation.
Now condition is if after 5day follow-up mail creation any response come from customer within 24hr then flow stop else one call must schedule with same email address.

Hello, Thank you for helping us, Please could you please make a video on this request - CEO of the company thinks that automation around closed lost opportunities would also be really helpful. He’d like a task for the Opportunity Owner to arrange time with Sales Manager in 1 months time to review why the sale was lost.
Create a record triggered flow that creates a task for the Opportunity Owner to arrange a meeting with the Sales Manager in 1 months time. You tell him you can combine these two flows into one flow with a decision element.

Thank you, this was very helpful. I'm having trouble creating a flow that creates a task assigned to the owner when a lead is converted. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I keep getting an assertion error.

Hi @Salesforce Geek, Very good Explanation and wonderful video with Detail explanation.
I have created an Opportunity & this Opportunity is associated to some account.
Whenever this Opportunity is updated to some stage, i need to create a Task (Through Flow) under Account Level and the task needs to be assigned to Account Owner.
While Creating the Task in the Flow, how can we associate the task to Account Owner.

I created a task based on a flow this way. But on the My Tasks area of sales homepage it only has the contact name and due date. I would like to see the company name as well as the contact. Is this possible.

    Hi Shubam Bhai,
I have similar scenario where I'm creating different event records based on different criterias I'm using decision element in my record trigger flow and in that decision element multiple outcomes can be true sometimes , can you suggest how to tackle this problem as you know, decision by default executes the first outcome and stops flow automatically and doesn't even cares about other outcomes even if its true...

Hi @Salesforce Geek, thanks a lot for this video. I was performing this process with Process Builder, but it suddenly stopped to work.
I have a question: it is possible to set task priority (in my case 1 to 5) in this lead flow or I need to create a different one?
    Thanks and Regards!
