Love the Kanye west references. I’m going to listen to the song good morning. Such a great song. I’m dealing terminal cancer too. Wanting to get back to work a bit to some extent. Wondering- are you working part time during your journey? Thank you for sharing your story

Thank you for joining us here. I'm sorry to here about your diagnosis. I hope you found some stuff on here that is helpful for your journey. I am still working. I'm not sure how, but my employer has been very flexible with me luckily.
As for work, I should probably talk about it in a video and see how other people are handling that. Usually I have to take off on the days that I get chemo, and I work from home the rest of that week. On my off weeks I'm in the office full time. I wouldn't recommend that schedule to any else in the same situation, but I do have to keep my benefits and pay all of those expense hospital bills that we're probably all dealing with. I know that's probably not sustainable so it worries me a lot.

@@terminalyetpurposeful517 hello! Yes I think your videos are very helpful. I think a video about work would be great. I know it is hard to keep working but yes benefits etc are so important especially with all of the health costs of cancer treatment.
I am dealing with std/ltd details now and I think I’ll have to get back to work if I can. My employer is flexible too . I am glad to know you have a supportive employer and I hope work keeps your mind occupied in a good way (and not thinking about cancer all of the time which I have the tendency to do). I think all employers should be this way for their employees that are dealing with cancer but I know so much comes into play. Very worrisome all of this but trying to stay positive and realistic. I am now in much more pain from cancer than I was before. Do you experience a lot of pain as a symptom? I’m doing a radiation treatment now but not sure how effective it is so may have to switch to chemo . I can’t bear all this pain.
