    Eat liver! Eat eggs. Eat sunflower seeds. Lots of greens. All quality meats. Lots of protein. Carbs enough for daily energy requirement. What ever you do, do not eat before go to bed!

    You look amazing! I think I saw you decades ago at Canyon Ranch, and you've aged incredibly well. Plus your advice sounds so perfect, I wish I could follow it. (Okay, I can try.) Your face is as much an inspiration as your wise words! "Be part of making the world a better place." (Not sure quote is precise, but message is.)

    Great messages and healthy way for all. Thank you, Dr. Hyman. It is very hard to stay healthy these day since our environment is gradually compromised. The foods we consume are mostly owned by corporations. The soil got depleted of vitamins and minerals… stress, insomnia, disease… Thank you again Dr. Hyman 🙏❤️

    Thank you Dr Hyman for your information. I think that it's really not very hard to get protein from plant sources that's just as healthy as a 6 oz piece of chicken. I eat firm tofu, soybeans, soy milk, peanut butter, keto granola, homemade hummus made with soybeans and sesame paste. My calculation show that I can put my vegetarian protein sources up against your chicken without increasing my calorie intake. First year chemistry level calculations. But I still love your overall approach and the way you encourage healthy eating and helps me explain why I'm a vegetarian ketogenic fan and also into many of the things you talk about like whole body health. Very good. Keep it up. Michael

    He mentions high intensity interval training in the form of sprints. I can attest to its benefits--especially to mood: there are a few studies out there attesting to the benefits to mood doing sprints. A caveat, however, if you're older and your muscles and ligaments aren't prepared and you rip some sprints, you can damage your plantar fascia for years with just one session of sprints. You just to have to build up to it and don't think you can rip some sprints like you were a kid like I did😮

    • @altosmusiclab2248
      @altosmusiclab2248 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do sprints on my bike,.. it's more about intensity than anything else, you can sprint row boats, it does NOT mean running. it means short-fast

    Here I have excerpts from a related article published in Greek.
    Please what do you think about them?
    Is it possible for the US Cardiology Society to be so wrong???
    “But I would tell you that the plant-based food movement is the fastest growing food movement in the US. So there is hope," concludes Freeman.
    But all of these diets have so much in common, they can actually be grouped into one superordinate category of eating patterns, Gardner says.
    "Essentially we tried to say that a diet does not have to be 100% perfect. All diets in this category are based on plant-based foods, and if they deviate a little, corrections can be made. However, paleo and keto can't be fixed. They need to be completely restructured," he adds.
    Low-carb diets, such as Atkins, and various ketogenic diets, such as the Well-Formed Ketogenic Diet, fell into the bottom category because of their emphasis on red meat, full-fat dairy, and saturated fat, as well as limited fruit and vegetable consumption.
    What the American Heart Association says about 10 popular diets
    A vegetarian diet with more than 10% fat and low-fat diets, such as the volumetric diet, were found in the second category. Both agreed with 78% of the AHA guidelines.

    I sleep in a shielded room, space weather is magnitudes worse than any 5g or EMF; my opinion after 11 years of research and testing/mitigaing thousands of medical episodes within seconds to minutes. In my opinion, space weather is the most upstream trigger mechanism for medical episodes and causes damage to turn to disease. Happy to see a new Harvard study showing solar flares activate endothelial and inflammation. If someone has daily episodes, check to see if there is a space weather correlation and if there is than just make a shielding box, its east and cheap.

    If people would start eating like we ate 50 years ago before the McDonald’s era we wouldn’t be seeing people that are 3 times the weight they should be full of diabetes and cancer and all the diseases that they have.
    Think back to the moves of the seventies, do you ever remember seeing people in those movies that were morbidly obese? No you didn’t.
