TBH.... Their interviews are all about how dedicated, confident, ambitious and what type of person you are.... U don't need to crack their interviews with a set of answers.... U just have to be focused on your goal and have to prove them your worth with your experience
Just two more suggestions....
1. Don't be shy, prove your worth...
2. Be professional, act ambitious

These are general knowledge
These are normal interview questions and answers for any kind of job, a hotel manager role is very important and requires more skills, mostly the questions are related to the budgets to maximize profit margin, P&L ( Revenues, cost …), contingency plans if any, forecasts, marketing efforts, targets strategies, sales plans etc.… wish if you could include these questions and answers in one of the videos.

for the 2nd question in the past. I have just been brutally honest. And part of my answer, was that I saw that you were hiring. I am not sure if they appreciate the honesty, but oh well.

Hi, my advice is to work in a hotel at a lower level to gain some experience first, or you could apply for an apprenticeship if there is one. Alternately, just apply and see what happens!
