Here's the downside to these questions and answers. They lack practical substance. Granted, in a video like this specifics are impossible. However, you want to win the interview? The answer is simple. Eliminate interview and create a discussion. I mean of course, that instead of having the same factory answers as every other candidate - stand out. How?
1.) Do employer research. Learn corporate names, philosophies, business acumen, etc. Between Google and TH-cam you can fully understand your employer.
2.) Interviewing is not leadership. As a leader you need to make the interview a business meeting (discussion). If company is hiring a leader find out why. Bring typed notes of the businesses pros and cons.
3.) Have prepared possible solutions. Hypothetical Q&A is redundant. Instead, ask about current employers situation and find out what matters to them most. Phrase suggestions as questions. The more you seem on top of their current situation, the better candidate you are.
Anyway, I could go in but the moral to the story is your resume is your past - that got you the interview. The interview is about your future contributions, mindset for the task at hand, and motivation to contribute will make you the candidate of choice. Remember, leaders (even new ones) always lead. :)
