Your methodology and demonstration was certainly a lot more detailed than I ever learned of this technique in the past. Perhaps you have a demonstration on manual massage/manipulation on 😊a sliding hiatal hernia as well.

    Thank you.
I over ate last night and awoke feeling very yukky.
I remembered my chiropractor used a massage "gun" on my ileocecal valve so I typed in ileocecal valve. Your video came up!
    Many thanks!

I recently found out I have SIBO. I am so uncomfortable almost all the time except in a fasted state. This really helped me. When I pressed on the valve the first time I started crying uncontrollably. I’ve heard we store emotions and trauma in certain areas of the body and I’m wondering if that’s part of the reason I’m having this issue. Thank you for the information!

Liver holds the emotions but i believe you! I agree with you, fasting works for me as well and now i know it was Methane SIBO which is almost at bay when i do fasting

Great advice Dj This has helped me
I had forgotten about ileocecal valve
    Massage
However, mine is located about two inches lower about the level of the
Inferior iliac crest and about an inch to the left
But of course on the right side
Unless you happen to have that rare Sidus In versus. Lol. I think the best way to find it is to gently put your thumb in the general area of which you speak and push in various close places until you feel a harder spot
    That may be sore
I really enjoyed your video and will look at others
Thank you for your caring and sharing
Also if clockwise doesn’t work try counter clockwise in case it’s stuck open

  • @gabrielort3531

The mock thing was helpful as a visual but its still hard to picture exactly what we're doing. I always thought the idea was to close the valve, which might be stuck open but then, the 2nd move appears to be moving contents toward the now closed valve? Could you maybe do another video with maybe a big drawing on a board?
    Thx much!

After the first session of doing this massage I felt some gurgling and then gas started escaping like there was no tomorrow (farting). I was super bloated after eating and this helped alot!! When I had a hard time sleeping I took 1000 mg of Magnesium Citrate (I wouldn't suggest that much because I battle hyperthyroidism....but I'm sure most people would do well with 500 mg). I was not only able to sleep really well, but elimination was super easy!! No straining or waiting! I wish I would have known a few years ago!! That was a bonus to the Magnesium!! 😅

My diverticulosis has been acting up. I’m trying to be more careful with what I eat. Will this help. It’s not just seeds I realize if I eat too many vegetables or anything gassy. I don’t even drink liquor now. I don’t want to get an operation to remove some of the sigmoid. And taking antibiotics is definitely not good.

Great informative video!!! Triple the massage techniques of other IC valve massage videos. A 2020 Pubmed study on SIBO showed IC valve dysfunction as a strong possible/likely root cause, showed lower pressures for SIBO folks along with slower motility, higher ph. It seems very logical, this IC valve is a mechanical gate to stop colon/microbiome microbes from entering small intestine. Could a chronic tight psoas muscle play a role in IC valve dysfunction? Evidence leads me to believe it's my issue. Also same side as my right psoas is the very tight one per Thomas test. Severe bloating long term, never constipation, I'm regular, chronic low back pain, tender points along each vertical axis of ab muscles. When I trigger point these I get great relief of low back pain and also bloat relief of upper stomach area. Seems inner part of ab muscle tender or is it my small intestine? But returning pattern. Potent herbals taken as natural antibiotics have at times instantly returned my flat tummy and removed all bloat. But only temporarily and severe bloat returns next day. AND same herbs no longer work after a while. Hmmm. Fresh influx of gut biome colon miscrobes? Who now become resistant to potent herbs? Used chaparral tea, double heavy cinnamon smoothies, fresh coconut milk, oregano oil, raw garlic, fennel oil, clove oil, etc. Now my strong homemade kefir helps, some bloat but dissipates fairly quickly leaving happy vibes. All the lengthy techniques on dealing with SIBO "symptoms" seems fine and well but if not fixing root cause seems just spinning wheels in low gear.
Can a massage tool help? What about massage while on tummy? Leg or hip or knee manipulation to expose valve? Is the IC valve tight, cramped, spastic, crushed by anterior pelvic tilt from tight psoas? I learned from Dr. You Tube (ha ha) that you can not release a tight psoas like other muscles. I concur, I tried hard. So now using heavy glute exercises to release opposite psoas muscle, mainly hip thrusters with heavy bands, really fires glutes. Helping greatly. I need more pro help like you, that possible? SIBO is awful. Shocked to hear millions of Americans affected. Psaos is a wowser muscle, indeed. Seems to be processor and motherboard wrapped in one. Whitecoat MD's seem clueless. Just toss drugs at you as they heard us like cattle thru office.

Similar experience -- I've been complaining of pain in this exact area for over 2 years. Even had x-rays and was told IBS. I ONLY found this after watching a Wellness Way doc perform this on her daughter who was constipated and then alll the light bulbs went off!!! This is my problem!!! YEARS of no answers and FINALLY I have an answer!!!

That’s a MD who specializes in adult medicine or medical care
I have found them much more knowledgeable than just an MD
I pray you are restored to great health in the name of Jesus
May you be blessed in every way and give God the praise and glory
Drs like this one seek to help and have a sincere
      Desire to help heal people
      Thank you Dr.

I never get full poop out no matter how much time i spent. Then after few minutes, i get the urge to poop again but even then it never fully comes out. • @TheNaturemama

Your gallbladder is in the upper right quadrant of your abdomen just underneath the liver. The ileocecal valve is located in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen at the junction of the ileum. The doctor knows her anatomy. She is massaging the area of the ileocecal valve.
