    I have noticed a significant difference in my posture since I've started your posture playlist. I catch myself slouching at work and I still have a lot of work to do. Did you happen to do a longer version of this workout? The longest ones I see in the posture playlist are around 30 minutes. Thanks for great releases!

      I love to hear that, Melissa! That’s awesome - great work! I didn’t end up creating a longer version, but I’ll keep that in mind for the future. If you’re looking for a longer one in the meantime, I’d recommend trying one of the more recent total body videos - there’s back and shoulder emphasis in many of them, and the spine and pelvis positioning cueing might be helpful as things to keep in mind when you find yourself slouching throughout the day. Some of those are in the 40-45 min range. I think it might be worth a shot. I hope that this helps!

    I love this! Is this good to do before work or at the end of the day after sitting all day? Or maybe it doesn’t matter, just do it? This was so helpful. God bless you girl! ♥️

      Hey Renee! I think either option would be great depending on your preference, but I personally like the “reset” of doing exercises like these when I’m feeling tightest (which is usually after work). That said, your mileage may vary! I think the final two stretches (the wrist and forearm opener and the overhead reach) would even be great to do during the workday if you work somewhere where you’d feel comfortable doing so.     Love this one! A longer version would be awesome as well. Also do you think you could make a 10-20 minute Abs/Core routine, I'd love to add it to my cardio days. Thanks again Melanie!

    Thank you for doing these. I have only been to a handful of classes. I'd like to have something at home. However, I am lost. If you are able to add to your channel some guidance. Looking for a home reformer recommendations. How they compare to studio reformer? How they compare to other brands? What accessories you think are useful to add to ones collection? Maybe any relevant ordering? Oh and any book recommendation or resource on understand how the reformer can improve your quality of life? Thank you for considering my request.
