    Absolutely outstanding class. Highly recommended if you are looking for a challenging, full body practice. The instructions, setting an intention, Kristina’s words at the end of the practice. A perfect class in my opinion. Thank you Kristina. 🙏🏻

    Now this was outstanding. This class is for anyone who wants to feel a challenging entire body workout, calm your mind and have amazing sensations after along with some really fun stuff mixed in. Just finished this class at night and can't wait to do at the start of a day to see where it takes me. Thank you for sharing.

      It would be an honor to be considered a regular. Truth be told I have been one of the earliest. About 9 months ago I searched for an intermediate interval 60 minutes plus class and your first video came up. I remember after the class standing in a pool of sweat saying this is exactly what I was searching for. Back then there were about 20 subscribers now 600+ and growing towards 100,000. I have been doing yoga for 3 years mainly due to a back injury. But what I found out was that not only did it help my back but also had so many others benefits physically, mentally and spiritually. I have not found anything else like it. It has been life changing. What I like about your classes is the added length, variations, and challenging flows. It seems at 45 minutes you are just getting warmed up the extra 30 minutes takes the mind and body to somewhere else special. Keep doing what you doing I am sure there are many others who want to be motivated into amazing classes. Every class has been unique and in your words be a better version of your self. Namaste!

    Thank you very much for this challenge yet fun routine. I found arm balance extremely demanding. It takes the whole body to grasshop!! And you beautifully prepared us for it. Thank you and warmest wishes.

    What a beautifully constructed practice (as always). I really really enjoyed it, it was challenging, but not to the point of exhaustion. It was also the first time for me succeeding in doing the arm balancing poses, which made me really happy. I hope you're doing well and that your life is awesome. It's been a while since your latest upload, so i hope things are going your way in life. And i must admit that i;m really hoping you will come back to uploading more videos. I would also pay for more classes, i think you're a wonderful teacher and person. Many blessings!

    Hi Kristina, it was gorgeous flow-more concentrated on strengthening than lengthening which I really needed that day :) After this practice I felt muscles of my arms and thighs (lots of utkatasana poses), almost like after hour in the gym :) I don't know who said that by practising yoga you can't get tired :D I also liked the breathing practice in the beginning - it truly warmed my body up although my son laughed at me that I sound like a train ;) Namaste!

      Hi Kristina, thanks for warmest reply, I had a wound on my left toe, the nail fallen off and the wound healed lately, so I can get back to practice yoga again, and yes, I feel I have no much time to do long yoga class , so after Chinese New Year, I made a new goal, I arranged Sunday as my short yoga practice day ..:)) I still can do some short 20-30min yoga in regular time :)) Thank you for asking and thanks for sharing those classes :)

    I enjoyed it.
    It was challenging.
    Especially, from a crow arm balance to a tripodheadstand.
    I wish the posture long hold. But I hold the posture for 3~4sec. How can i hold it loger?

      이정미 just keep practicing, slowly you will be getting stronger in your arms and core. Squeeze the glutes as you activate the core and press the floor away squeezing elbows in towards ribs ( in crow pose) , reach heels towards buttocks.
