I absolutely love this practice! My arms are too weak to do the poses so I found myself working on my arms more than my core. But either way works! And I love the full hour flow; please make more 1-hour+ length workout flow!! Namaste :)

This is the best yoga class I've done at home since the gym closed in March! My arms have gotten weaker since I haven't been strength training so all the chatarungas were really tough but this class reminded me of the Power Yoga classes I always take. I had to modify a lot as I've become a wimp due to this quarantine, relying on mainly running for exercise. Thanks! Great sweaty challenge. I will definitely do this workout again.

Hi Kristina, thank you so much. I have such weak arms and an untrained core so this workout was exactly what I needed. There were times when I couldn't keep up with the ab moves at times but I pushed myself frequently. I love these routines but my favorite yoga is yin. Please upload more yin routines and thank you for all that you've done. 🦄
Pretty amazing how you can turn mostly beginner poses with a couple intermediate into such a challenging practice. Despite being physically challenging you wound it down perfectly so that I felt completely relaxed at the end.

Not to mention more relaxed and centered. Every day brings improvement. I still can't do the crow.. but I will get there. Eternal gratitude!
I loved this! This is indeed very intense but i love these because you can modify as much as you want and some days you are good at one thing and other day good at other. Today my balance was not the best with the third warrior but surprisingly i could actually do the half moon pose for the first time without wobbling. There is always a surprise with your yoga and it's so much fun. Guys don't be hard on yourself if you can't do something perfectly, trust me it changes so much and thats the best thing with yoga! You can never be bad or too weak. Love love love your classes!
The binds in this class are very good and challenging , they actually released pain behind the shoulder blades. Thank you. :) Over all this class is kind of tough to me. But I will keep repeating this. ❤️

Wonderful class. You always meet the challenging poses with composure and a sense of calm presence. Before starting the practice I was feeling tired and a little grumpy. I'd been on a plane all day and was finding it tough to get up the motivation to do a late-night practice before bed. After the practice I feel warm, centered, calm and wrung out in the best possible way.

Hi Kristina how are you? Hows r your kids? My Yoga thing was rudely interrupted by a broken ankle on Christmas night. I was in a cast for ten weeks no surgery needed and in physio for four months. I am now in the process of relearning how to do all the poses I was so proud I had mastered before and yes i can flow now but i have to still be mindful of my ankle as the tendons and ligaments will take a year to heal completely otherwise im back to normal. This is the first of your practices i have done since last year and well im sweating buckets and as usual i was challenged big time my abs are on fire and i love it. Thank you so much. Yoga has helped me get back on my feet and those six months in recovery has allowed me to rethink my life and what i really want for me and my son. Thanks again Kristina. Please come back. We miss you big time. One practice per week thats all you need to post.

Hi )) I felt a lot in my arms too) But when I started incorporating some of those moves some time ago I definitely felt the core, even more then now, I guess it's getting stronger. And the arms just get fatigued from holding up the weight. Namaste!
Yes, I do feel the difference in the core afterwards from doing these kinds of practices even if it's not what becomes fatigued for me. I feel a greater direct strain on the core when I do exercises while on my back. I admire your courage in putting yourself out there with these videos. I hope you reep the rewards from this work in all aspects of your being. :))

i have just tried this,and it needs so much strength in on the arms and the wrsit area . i wish there was some stretching and warm up of the wrist and the arm in the initial part of the video . Thankyou Kristina great video
I was not able to do most holds because my shoulders gave up and some binds at the end were difficult but my core felt amazing and my whole tshirt was drenched after the practice 🔥. The best core yoga session in my practice.
This was such an intense shoulder workout esp the first 30 mins was non stop! I remained in downdog / plank during the child pose, and it was pretty challenging hanging on till the end. Thx!
