    This practice (and the videography) is absolutely breathtaking! I don't usually comment that often but I just wanted to say that my journey into yoga began a little over a year ago and it is entirely because of your videos.       Hi! How has your practice been? I just started doing yoga daily after I felt I hurt my forearm from lifting weights. I needed to stay off weights. Now I'm enjoying doing it daily, and realized I have a long ways to go. Forget about crow, handstand, headstand, and other harder poses. I just wanted to be able to stand up straight on one leg while holding the other leg. Oh, and I wanted to be able to do the middle split. One goal at a time! Take care!

    Just finished this practice, it was amazingly releasing. Started to cry while bowing down with my hands on my heart… couldn’t explain myself why, but apparently stored emotions just found their way out after this great practice. Thank you❤

    This is my favorite class to come back to again and again. As a nurse and shift worker this class helps sooth my upper and lower back after a long day and grounds me back to my calm state of being. Would love to see another class like this with the added benefit of some hip opening postures. We nurses need all of the above!

    This practice couldn’t have been better suited for today. I am up from San Diego staying at my moms home in Portland Oregon caring for her. She is preparing to go to heaven. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to care for her without any thing in the way. This is the kind of gratitude practice is what I needed to have this morning. Thank you boho beautiful

    I like what i am doing now during this holiday. Morning yoga, evening gym workout, watching my favourite tv programmes and buying my own food. Already happy and feel peace. It's only when others interfere in my way of life and trying to impose their values into me, my inner peace is disturbed. Last time, Yes i felt lonely but not now. I have learnt to live alone. When i realised nobody who is nearing me is adding to my peace except Akshara, i felt it is better to live alone.

    I have not been able to step forward and through to lunge - from having one leg up from the plank position - I think this is to do with strength. I have also found it very difficult to balance in a T position since having a false knee! However the flow and use of the back and legs are invaluable to me and have been for the years I have been following you. Love. Janice Alderson

    Another great flow for thouse with bad posture like forward head/shoulders and tight hips. Love this one, feels like an all in for people that sit most of the day.
