      This practice challenging my mental state. I kept reminding myself that it's okay to fall, fumble, wobble, and even laugh while doing it. We are our own worst critics, and at the end of the day, what matters is the journey, not how you look in a pose. Keep pressing forward Jana. :)

      Yoga is healing for your soul in the first place, so yes, you're doing good :) I'm crying too from time to time especially grounding energizing classes like this :)

    This was humbling as my arms shook during side planks and my quads and hamstrings screamed as I reached for my ankles. I thought I was strong, who knew? Thanks for the challenging flow, stay safe.

    I'm a yoga instructor but always a student. I truly appreciate the ability to fully challenge my capabilities with your practices. I began my yoga journey focused on passive flows and then transitioned to pilates to build mobility and strength. I found myself overexerting myself when combining the two. However, when I started doing your power flows, I discovered I was able to accomplish it all - full body toning and flexbility that also worked to engage and strengthen the core. I worked up a mighty sweat after this flow! The amount of work I did in 30 mins was equivalent to an hour-long HIT cardio session! These flows are my new daily favorites.

    This is SUCH an amazing practice, I love it so much. Just enough strength work, just enough flow to get the heart rate up, just enough work on stretching out difficult muscle groups like hamstrings and hip flexors. It's amazingly balanced, and really easy to mediate during because it just flows so well from one thing to the next. I'm in love, thank you so so much

    Such a cool fallen triangle and wild thing variation and transitions I love it so much 😊❤
    Tho I agree with other comments this is high intermediate/even advanced in some sections. It should be labeled as such bc 1. Someone could injure themselves 2. Become discouraged at their ability to practice yoga when they struggle
    Edit- I am coming back to regular practice on my mat after a 4 year hiatus bc of a a near fatal injury and subsequent illness. I have practiced yoga for 30 years, but bc of diminished strength, endurance and flexibility, and also a 60 pound weight gain, there’s no WAY I am achieving nearly half of these asanas with transition right now.
    It’s very aspirational and I will get there not today tho!

    After going on vacation for a week with not being able to really workout, I can already tell a difference in my soul after doing this class. I feel so at ease now. That's the last time I go a week without doing yoga. It truly does make a difference in life.

    I think this class is like power yoga and I think it should be labeled with an intermediate tag line. Especially if you jump into a side plank without any flow towards it or preparation, to me that is advanced movement. It was nice!

    At the end of this practice I was able to observe my body
    to feel how good it feels
    and to love it
    I was so thankful for my body. The kind of thankful and loving I usually only experience towards other people.
    I'd say this yoga class brought me to that special YOGA space.

    I just got into your yoga videos recently and love them! Perfect timing for another 30 minute session this morning. My mind and body is doing so much better and within 1 day I was able to learn to do a headstand from your headstand video!
