- In this video I talk about how I broke my arm in 2021. I have only ever broken my arm once before back in 2003 when I fell off my family trampoline, but that was a very clean break that healed quite quickly. This time I was hit by a car and badly broke my wrist, in this video I go into detail on how bad the break is and how it happened. When I was born the umbilical cord got wrapped around my neck, cutting off the oxygen to my brain, leaving me with a few mental and physical disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy and CVI. Last week on my way to the supermarket, I was hit by a car when a woman pulled out of her driveway quickly without looking behind her. Causing me to be in a lot of pain as I Went through the long process to get my arm fixed.

@@AshleysAdvice that would of been a massive fright, I must say my heart hit my feet when you said you got hit by a car, you poor dear
Oh wow, that same thing happened to my younger sister when she was playing netball, she broke both her arms and couldn’t play netball for weeks.

Thank you! Yes I am healing relatively quickly, got the cast off and I now have a splint on but I am doing a lot of exercises to try and strengthen my wrist.

Thanks, I have been struggling to make food for myself, dress myself etc, hopefully I’ll be able to do more things once I get the fibreglass cast on.
How is your arm feeling? I was in a cast too. I broke my wrist and thumb playing soccer. I had my third cast removed months ago. Have a full and speedy recovery. Have a wonderful weekend.
