That's not as easy if you are working 9 hrs in a job. Bc you will need to wake up at 6. Get ready. Eat. Dress. Grab food for work. Walk/bus to go ag work. 9 hrs of intense work. Then by the time you get home you will need 1 hr of coming back home. Eat lunch ,wait 1 hr to digest it. Then go to the gym ,road time,& get back. Then where do you find rhe time to eat a decent dinner AND shower and get ready for tomorrow at work?Let's not forget dresing/undressing/dishes and chores lol. It's not that sustainable
@@JAYD1476 I work tons too & I fit in my self care! You have to shift a few things in your current life. Get rid of TV time or phone scrolling time or something that doesn't serve you & replace it with what does. Don't allow yourself to get in the trap of limiting beliefs. All it takes is a little extra discipline & you can arrange your schedule to fit in self care. You might actually find it's even more sustainable.
I saw a video where a girl said to always say out loud, "I do not claim these lyrics" when listening to music, because it all goes into our subconscious anyhow and it is important for certain words to not have a power over us.
Oh my gosh please keep spreading the message on sleep! Women have got it so wrong thinking they they need to have less sleep and overfunction! I literally cannot function if I don’t get 9-10 hours of sleep per night! And I make no apology for it! 👏🏻♥️
Yesss I am struggling SO much bc I have a baby and I’m only getting 6 hours of sleep a night when I really need 9-10. I am dyyyying and look so tired old and haggard!!
I am an expert on sleep and I want to just add that sleep is super individual. Some people (men and women) have less deep sleep in their sleep cycles and therefore need less or more sleep. For some 10 hours is ideal for some people 6 or 7 is the sweet spot. I believe there can be a lot of stress created around having to sleep 10 hours every night. That is not necessary. The core sleep has already happened after 5-6 hours. So please don’t stress if you are a 7 hour a night girly. That’s probably completely fine.
I start every morning by opening my curtains and letting natural light in, splashing my face with a little water, making myself some hot water with honey and lemon, and sitting on my front porch, and just starting my day slowly. I give myself enough time to drink my hot beverage, and then I come inside and I make my bed. I find making my bed the first task I do, really set the tone for the rest of my day and helps me start by feeling productive.
A habit I do that sets the tone for the day ladies is gratitude. Talk to God, thank source for everything in your reality 🌞🩷 I love the sunshine so I always say thank you for the sun, the fresh air, the food, the clothes, my transportation, the warm water to shower in, etc. it just helps you to be present, to be grateful for what you have right now.
The thing I like the most about you and your videos is how much you respect the female body, its needs, and in general the full female experience. I grew up as an only child of a single mom and even tho I'm biologically female, I was basically the man of the house and still am. My energy has almost always been more masculine, more practical and protective and stoic, to the point I barely ever asked myself what I felt and what my needs and wishes were because I was tunnel focused on the responsibility of taking care of others and providing first and foremost. Even when I started dressing and behaving quite feminine and men responded hugely to that, it still felt like I was just playing a part, cosplaying a seductive Marylin Monroe and performing a queen's role that I would step out of as soon as I was home alone again and could go back to my "knight in shining armour" mental image of myself. Your videos are teaching me to actually sit inside my own body when I'm by myself, rediscover and reintegrate my own feminine energy instead of ignoring/suppressing it, explore and listen to my needs, do things that make /me/ feel good and taken care of (sleep, rest, slowness, mindfulness, self-care, pampering, and so on), and set boundaries for myself and others. I thank my masculine energy cause I admire it and I still need it in my daily life since I still have caretaking responsabilities, and I do enjoy being in a masculine headspace and sometimes expressing it on the outside through clothes for example (I love how I look and feel in a men's suit, among other things 🔥), but I'm learning a lot from you on how to feel truly, fully comfortable in my female energy too and how to cherish it, nurture it and express it - regardless of who sees me or likes me. It's a process and some days are better or worse than others, but I think I'm doing better than I used to and I'll do my best to continue like this. So thank you ❤
Thank you girl! Loving your channel and aura and advice!! I keep putting off my diet. Energy drinks and lots of lunch ables and chocolate are my go tos, I eat like a kid basically lol
Lisa, I absolutely love your outfit. I love your energy. You are playful and you love putting different kinds of outfits on yourself. 😆 Thank you for sharing these mirco wellness habits. It's the little things adding up that make a difference in life!
I love listening to Chinese Classical music in the a.m. ! So good with the Guzheng & Guqin stringed instruments! Try Chinese classical Lisa, I think you will love it.
Same but I learned to enjoy my time alone. I love going shopping with my mom because she knows what to look for when it comes to clothes. I'm learning to step out of my comfort zone and go off alone. Yes it's scary but the right people will come towards you.
I believe your course worth so much because they're great! But it's toooo expensive for a lot of people! I can't afford $590 it's a whole salary, and I really really want to join and learn from you but I am poor ... We need a HUGE discount for awhile, for your fans 🥺 I will just wait for the great discount!
I wanted to get your e-book but it said that I can't use my card to buy this? I'm not sure why. Maybe you are not in the USA? Is there a way that I could use paypal for this? So sad that I can't buy your health and beauty e-book
I started listening to Sabrina Carpenter after you mentioned her, Lisa. I really like her vintage pin-up girl looks. She's so beautiful and so feminine. But at the same time Espresso is about her sleepin with a dude and get the dude wrapped around her fingers afterwards. Well, we high value women don't give our bodies away easily!
@@Lisaglamour Lisa you're too naive! She says 'I Mountain Dew for you' which is I mount n do it for you. She says 'move it up, down, left, right' 'switch it up like Nintendo' what do you think she is doing and what do you think 'it' is here? She's referring it to a Nintendo stick
Hi Lisa! I've beeen obsessed with your content and I'd love it if you did a fifty shades of grey or Basic instinct review. I love you and thank you so much for this wonderful and insightful video, have an amazing life!
Also I would really appreciate some tips about feet care becausr it seems like something that everybody seems to forget about and it's really important, especially for the high heels ladies out there such as I, than you so much again and you're beautiful!
